Betting he comes up with some tale that it was self defense. Last time he left her looking so bad and then turned around and filed a restraining order on her. Piece of garbage for sure, feel so bad for her mom and sister.
 
Just heard on the news that ACJ and SH's son was not staying at the house, but instead with other family members, for the last few weeks.

Shaun Hardy, the former husband of a League City woman missing since early this month, has been detained by League City Police after they found human remains on his property at 617 Chesterfield Lane.

Police found human remains Friday afternoon after serving two search warrants.

Yeah. I was really thinking/hoping she'd taken off for some personal time out and she'd eventually let people know she was ok. Very sad, I really hate how often it turns out this way. [emoji257] RIP.

I will never understand why DV perps aren't looked at more closely to BEGIN with, whether it be male or female. This always happens. Now we have the last pics of her looking terrified with what seems to be a black eye. She KNEW. IMO, her eyes say it all.
I'm so sad about this situation and I swear it all has to do with the look in her eyes in those last pics.
Unfortunately, the situation between them was never going to end well... :(
 
Oh no, poor Anne-Christine. My condolences go out to her sister, who was trying so hard to find her, and the rest of her family.

Are any of us surprised? Sadly, I wasn't. Those pictures tell a tragic story.

Anne-Christine's mother is on local news saying she was found wrapped in plastic. Now one of her friends is saying "We knew all ALONG she was still there."
 
This just happened today, right...her being found? He must have knew they were coming since earlier this morning he changed his profile pic on fb.

I want to live in a world that shows no mercy to abusers like him! It's so painfully obvious at this point. He'll act like the typical abusive now and it's gonna boil my blood & I don't even know Anne-Christine. Prayers of strength and love for her family especially her young son.

All I can say is, they better be charging him with more than that. Maybe this is a preliminary charge so they can hold him while they gather evidence?

Even though it seemed like this would be the outcome all along (her being found deceased), this has got me :furious: for some reason.

One of Shaun's friends was on another forum defending him tooth and nail, while talking smack about Anne-Christine. It really pissed me off. What do you have to say now, friend of Shaun who said he was a pacifist and refused to believe that he would ever harm her? Thinking about it, it had to be his mother or father. Even a friend couldn't be THAT blind.
 
Gardener, that is what I'm guessing, they're just charging him with something they can hold him with at this moment. NO doubt murder charges will be following.

I saw that too. The next morning a person registered here on WS and left an insulting comment that referred to AC in the past tense, which I pointed out. The wording of their response to me was sort of familiar. :gross:
