A news report early on stated that HF voluntarily brought his cell phone into the police. And you know they'll compare his records to his phone just to verify if there are deleted texts.

Ok so this is the guy walking to the car with her on video ? And he is the same guy who came out in a public interview finally last week, correct?
So that would make him the same guy that I said last week is probably not involved because his car was checked out. But at that time I assumed
nothing was found in his car. But this is sounding more like LE has been very quiet about what they do have. Way to go LE. There has been much focus
on finding Christina and LE has known a long while who a POI was. Wow.
Prayers for her family. Hold on! You 're finally getting somewhere and I fear there are more turbulent days ahead. You have the love of many behind you .
Just hold on a little longer :(

But, the way it's worded, well how I read it, is that EA texted called him and he denied it. When questioned about he he said well I must have left her use my phone to text/call him. If it was in fact her using his phone and it was before they entered the garage, I don't see it worth mentioning. I mean, what's the big deal? She was on a phone walking into the garage.

I think EA texted/called with HF and when questioned about it pretended it was her. What was said? Oh boy, there are so many thoughts.

1. He could have said, if you are going to ignore her and blow her off when she lost her keys, then she and I will hang out and have fun. Clearly that didn't work.
2. She is on her way home. So, he could cover his tracks for whatever he had planned.
3. Maybe she willingly went with him because she was upset, but it turned really bad. He texted him saying your girls with me, since you can't be a good boyfriend.
4. He pretended to be her, but thought they wouldn't know and lied about any calls or messages.
 
I'm still wondering about the connection with AE's brother. I guess that it could just be confirmation of timeline type of stuff. But 3 interviews?

Regardless, so many lives likely changed, some ruined, because of alcohol induced bad decisions.

I get that - I have been a bartender for many years; however, 10 shots is an alarming amount of alcohol (even if it was just Capt Morgan) and can clue us into EA's state of mind that night.

I would think a likely scenario would be that EA confided in his brother afterwards
 
From Affadavit: Arochi told Ponce he was bit during a fight the previous night while at The Shops at Legacy
 
The text/calls from EA's phone happened (minutes) BEFORE she was seen on camera. She used his phone after hers was dead and before she disappeared.

IMO, there is no collusion between EA and HF. JMO

Yes, I'm glad we have the word from LE! Many things are in the open now, but I still wonder how this all happened. He left the garage right away and traveled east via Sam Rayburn, so what happened???? He showed up at work the next morning. Why did she get in the car with him? She would know they weren't going in the direction of Ft Worth, so was she convinced to go to Allen with him? Were they going to another after party type of thing and something happened there? Did he try to incapacitate her in the car as he was driving and that caused him to get into an accident? Did something happen in the car while driving and he got into an accident and she was killed so he tried to cover it up? I'm just throwing things out here....
 
It just came to me why EA would erase his phone. He works for Sprint, so he HAS TO KNOW Sprint still has the log of his calls and texts in their database.

It may have not been his calls. With today's smart phones some of them have GPS just like the Garmin's. What if he was using that? And that would give away where he drove early that morning. Or something else not related to phone calls/texts, but something on the internet? (How to remove DNA evidence on Google?)

Apparantly it was more than an accident, since it is reported that he had bite marks! I am thinking he offered to give her a ride to Ft. Worth and once he got her in the car then something happened. Maybe he had a wreck when the altercation was occurring. JMO
 
All that Adderall. All that alcohol. Damage to his car.
Not looking good.
I wonder if he hit her with his car.
