Your confidence makes me think you know LE has more they are not releasing. I bet it has to do with phone logs, EA, and possibly PP. Can't forget about PP. I just can't put it all together because we have missing links. I pray the forensics provides the missing info. I keep thinking about the Forensic Files case someone mentioned on the HelpFindChristina facebook page. The episode, "Wheel of Fortune," had similarities to this case because a young woman was never seen again after gambling all night at a casino. The casino video cameras revealed she exited the building with a man. They tracked him down, pulled him in for questioning, and despite scratches on his face and body, he denied anything happened other than he said goodbye to her once they hit the parking lot. The family was absolutely convinced it was her boyfriend because they were having problems. Forensics and phone records broke the case. Even though the man had scrubbed his car clean, they found two of her hairs, and spots of blood in the car that later matched to strands from her hairbrush. The father said if it wasn't for the forensics, he would have continued to blame the boyfriend.

I found that video very interesting. The forensics - no matter how well the perp cleaned the car and the fabric protector prevented DNA testing, the lab techs got enough. Also, in spite of the security cameras he managed to subdue her very quickly, out of sight of the cameras and he put in the back seat (not the trunk). All along I was sure that LE had video of Christina getting in EA's car willingly - hence no crime at that point. But then they wouldn't really need the passenger seat belt to confirm she was in EA's car. (They would have taken it anyway, because you can never have TOO much evidence!) They probably would have confronted EA with the garage video like they did with the entrance video. Otherwise, why go back to the garage with a cadaver dog?

I think it is possible that they have video inside the garage, but either don't have the angle to see her actually get in and confirm it was willingly or forced or they were between two cars out of sight. Same thing could have happened here that happened in "Wheel of Misfortune" and she was put in the front seat unconscious.

The video "Wheel of Misfortune" does give me a lot more hope that after 11 days the lab techs have something in spite of all the cleaning that might have been done to that car that morning.

Did EA do something to Christina of a fatal nature? It doesn't look good for him. Maybe he did try an unwanted advance, there was a fight and that was how he got his injuries, then he just kicked her out of the car and left her somewhere on foot. Yeah, it is possible he is guilty of being nothing more than being a jerk and liar. I don't believe the odds favor that, though. That is why LE needs more evidence. I REALLY want to hear the results of those forensics tests!

I think LE is trying to find Christina or her body before they make an arrest.
I'm sure HF is being grilled

Now is your time to be honest, party goers. Before you find yourself in jail for hiding info.
Think we are all fairly certain forensics are sitting there by now. What will they reveal?

PPD has interviewed him already early on. But, hey, nothing like a little time behind bars to help one rethink their priorities and outlook. Can't hurt to talk to him again and he would probably appreciate the time outside the cell.

Yep.. and at this point I don't think HF has a whole lot to lose. Prior convictions and this latest episode. He's probably gonna be away for a lonnnggg time. "Speak up, boy.. and tells us whatcha know..."

What are some of the differences in accommodations and amenities in Federal Prison vs State Jail???

Federal Prisons

Federal prisons are made to house those people who violate federal laws. Federal prison system was established under President Hoover in 1930 when the federal government started to build federal incarceration facilities. The federal system of prisons was needed with a rise in crimes that violated federal laws. The prisons in the federal system operate according to different security levels such as low, medium, or high security. Most of the inmates found in federal prisons are drug peddlers and political prisoners. Those committing bank robberies and white collar crimes are also sent to federal prisons.

State Prisons

State prisons are maintained and looked after by state authorities. Most of the criminals are sent into state prisons that include all the murderers, rapists, and other criminals guilty of gun related offenses. Though one is likely to see similar kinds of criminals in state and federal prisons, federal prisons are used more for political offenders and white collar criminals than state prisons. State prisons containing violent criminals are considered to be unsafe by many people, and the level of security in state prisons is also considered lower than in federal prisons.

What is the difference between Federal and State Prison?

• State prisons are higher in number than federal prisons.

• Federal prisons have higher levels of security than state prisons.

• Federal prisons are used more for white collar criminals and political offenders while hard core criminals get to serve in state prisons.

• State prisons are considered unsafe as they house a higher number of violent criminals.

The Feds really have no jails for holding those awaiting trial or sentencing. They contract it out to local facilities. In HF's case it is Kaufman County jail. After conviction they go to a federal facility where there is room. That could be in Texas or it could be Florida, Louisiana, Iowa or anywhere. Biggest difference is in the sentencing. There is no parole for federal sentences, only some time knocked off (not much) for good behavior.

It appears Hunter was the one at least taking pics of the black one. He was also posting on her FB. It seems their sm accts were intermingled, as well as the clothing line business. How do we think the Poshmark listings may be tied to Christina's disappearance?

Some have suggested that HF was self centered & only cared for himself. Without having a firsthand understanding of the nature of their relationship, it is possible HF may have been using CM (and her image on sm / posh) as "arm candy", financial support, &/or a front or way to make his illegal activities appear more on the level.

If you Google amphetamine salts, it all links to Adderall. Prior to another case of a missing 20 yr old college student last year, I hadn't heard of Adderall. But I learned way more than I needed to know then. It is technically an ADHD med, but it is VERY popular in the college party scene, especially mixed with alcohol. You can sell the pills as well. Kids go to the Dr asking for it & from what I've heard, most hand it out, no problem. I have seen several here state that stopping Adderall doesn't cause any problems. But what I learned on the other case, is that it can make you stay awake all night & really mess you up, especially when mixed with alcohol or other drugs.

Just look at what the Urban Dictionary crowd says about it: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Adderall&defid=2696994

I have a friend whose daughter legitimately needs it. She sends her daughter just enough pills each week for the week so that no one tries to steal them or harasses her to give or sell them any.
To me the Poshmark is important simply because it seems so intrusive to have your boyfriend list your items for sale on your account. Like hey lay off my Chanel. Seriously though, odd.

Also it means there's a chance she didn't even know it was being listed, especially if they are counterfeit. Hence why I brought up it appears the bag was just received and photographed in the Scion. ..

IMO It was with Christina's knowledge and she was involved in the Poshmark business. Some of her friends and her mom were following her on Poshmark.

Google: "Is adderall a controlled substance in texas"

My daughter has ADHD, and thank goodness she's not on Adderall.

I know there are some ADHD drugs that require a patient to pick up the rx in person. I'm not certain if Adderall is one of those.

Yes, you have to pick up the prescription monthly at the doctor and take it in person to be filled at a pharmacy. I have a family member that has to do this.

Mulberry bush with the purses and adderall.

What will anyone think when forensics are returned? Will you be surprised if it leads to CM or no? Do you think that PP is going to be involved? Do you think HF is giving up info right now??
