You know, the definition of a terrorist is one who invokes fear and terror. Therefore these idiots who are disappearing folks and refusing to say what they did with them, or where they are, I think should be treated as the terrorist they are! Whatever practice military uses to get information should be legally allowed in these cases!! I know this is giving journalists way too much credit, but this seems like something simple that some crime reporter somewhere would have already done. Again, maybe I expect too much from journalists these days. That would take some effort...maybe more than 10 minutes of scouring google and county arrest records locally.

As far as local counties, there's not even so much as a traffic ticket on him until the phone thing. Seems like crime reporters would be scouring every county arrest record in the state. Or, maybe they have and just haven't found anything.

So many unanswered questions.

It's not so simple as it sounds in now in 2014 but lots of places still don't have their records online yet and other places charge outlandish fees to see them online (L.A. county comes to mind).

somehow missed that specific quote before, if not taken out of context, It certainly suggest either A. a significant amount of blood was found or B. what DNA was found was found in the trunk or C. both of theses.

My thoughts as well. But, they do have "immigration detainer/felony unassigned as backup". 1 million bond on the aggravated kidnapping, but nothing on the backup offense and whereas other people sit in jail with no bond at all.

they can't legal interrogate him unless he allows it and considering from things i've read in this post he is not represented by unfrozen caveman lawyer I'm sure he will not allow it. JIMO the whole immigration thing is a way to hold him without bond.

Wow, just wow. I hope or not...

It would be a scary thought to lose both my kids, because of the actions of one of them. I would be really on my son to cooperate, so that I wouldn't lose them both to prison. It sure would make the holidays lonely with no kids to share it with.

The DNA places Christina in the car. I'm still of the belief that LE has something in the way of a video that fills in the gap in the 0400-1015 time frame. Traffic camera or other security camera. For example, maybe an ATM camera has him pulling up to an apartment complex at 0700 that morning. Or a home security camera has him pulling into a neighbor's driveway at 0530 that morning. Such persons may have not known what EA had done, but based on what has happened now it is clearer to them. Accessory after the fact. Or maybe a home security camera in his own neighborhood showing him in his driveway for a period of time and then leaving again. Or going back to the apartment complex where the party took place.

Bc of this case I am happy for all the cameras taking pictures. Before Christinawent missing I hated the red light cameras. Some if them are distracting make a big flash! Now, I'm all for them!
