Watching the "friends videos" a couple more things jumped out at me. Might be nothing, but
1) her uber fascination with Marilyn Monroe, such a tragic story in and of itself
2) the comment her ex roommate says, "I can't wait til she comes home and sees how many people really do love and care about her,"
Just makes me think of a tragic situation of a friend of mine. She had gone on vacation and when she returned, she texted her son but didn't hear back, after a day, her husband went to his apartment and he didn't answer although his car was there. The dad had the apt manager open the apt and they found her son dead on the couch. He had been there for days. They wouldn't even let the dad come in because he was so badly decomposed. They are not certain if he overdosed on purpose, or if what he took was not what he had expected. At the memorial service, one of his friends spoke saying, "Do you see how many people loved you? See all the people who came out for you and you always thought no one really cared! Why did it take this for you to see??"
Ugh. It was heart wrenching. When I watched this video, it brought back that terrible memory for me, and I hope she didn't feel that people did not care about her.
