Did her uncle actually talk to her on Friday and hear her voice or did they text? If he actually heard her voice then all the dates on the video still would seem irrelevant I think.

Welcome to Websleuths. I would love to hear him say he spoke to her. That would make me feel a lot better about the sketchy timestamps.

Ok to answer the question as to if the uncle talked to her by phone or not... I tried to post the article where the uncle states that he did talk to her Friday morning on the phone... but the link wasn't acting right so I had to delete it. I can quote it here from the article. Hope it's allowed.

I looked last night when the previous thread was still open. That's where the posts were. Of course both members joined an hour prior to posting and were never "active" at the same time.

Split custody isn't the same as joint custody. In split custody the children are split between the parents. So in this case Mom and Dad each have custody of only one child.
