It's amazing what manipulative people can do. A lot of people who seem smart and together end up with users and abusers because they were led along, tricked, lied to, etc. It's weird to think someone who doesn't seem very bright can make someone bend to their will but it happens all the time.

I wonder if the mention of drug cartel in the indictment allows LE to access more resources, DEA for example maybe, and possible gives more leverage to get her in custody? DEA etc that deal with cartels must have informants etc that they can access?

Disagree, since she fled after Kendra's murder. And it wouldn't matter whether the family member thought she was guilty or not. They still could be charged with being an accessory after the fact.

As far as I can tell the family didn't help her to cover up the murder. Usually if somebody is charged as an accessory after the fact they did something like help burying the body, or hiding a murder weapon. So I don't see how they could be charged with an accessory after the fact. And she wasn't yet a fugitive because there was no warrant out for her arrest, and she wasn't charged with anything. So they can't be charged with harboring a fugitive.

LE can't force her to do anything right now because she is n Mexico.

She isn't the one who got into the "mess." From what is alleged, she organized the "mess." I think the one who might regret getting into the mess is CC. Apparently all she got for her trouble is $500.
And she is looking at a lot of prison time.

Thanks for this excellent information. I read the whole thing and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers to comment accurately and intelligently about the extradition process. There are a lot of hoops to jump through, the DOJ is very involved and the documents have to be carefully translated into Spanish. Part of the process is completed before Mexico will arrest her and the rest must be completed and submitted within 60 days. This will take quite awhile (months), folks. Be patient. :waiting:

Naw. If BD is the narcissistic person I think she is, she thinks she is smarter than everyone else. Also, IMO, she feels no remorse for what she did because, in her warped mind, she believes she was justified in arranging the execution of KH and feels she is innocent in the matter because she wasn't present during KH's murder. JMO

Narcissists are good at blaming everyone else for their problems and usually consider themselves the victim. BD likely feels persecuted knowing LE is searching for her. MOO
