The surveillance footage inside the garage shows Hatcher’s car park, another car drive past and then a figure get out of the Jeep and walk toward Hatcher’s car. Moments later, the figure starts to walk back toward the Jeep, which is backing out.

After the Jeep pulls away, another SUV drives by and another car in a different part of the garage pulls away. There was a short window while no one else was around. That’s when Hatcher was killed.

Hatcher was shot in the back of the head. The exit wound was on the bottom of her chin. A paramedic testified earlier in the trial that first responders tried to revive Hatcher until they realized the chin wound wasn’t her only injury.
