I'm just spitballing and speculation here:

Curious if apartment robbery and the gunshot fired into Liz’s place of employment not long before she was killed are linked/were prior attempts to murder Liz? If so, the person appeared to have knowledge of Liz's home/work/activities and would have had time to think about their actions/plan the homicide.

Curious if the killer aware of the neighbor’s surveillance camera? I suspect not. I think the killer very surprised to see the killing actually on video.
The killer appeared aware of the Barraza Nest camera, because the killer appeared to avoid stepping into camera view.

Maybe Liz was shown something but not from a phone, can’t see a light in the grainy view. It all happened so fast.

Would like LE to release more information about Liz's case because maybe that would help capture a killer(s).

Excellent post; trying to connect any possible actions with work, etc. is very useful.
I was pondering under what would be the motivation (aside from sexual) to murder a woman? I came up with:
-Business deal gone bad
-Felt they had been wronged/swindled
-Jealousy
-Loss of something, resulting in revenge
-Slander
-Misconduct on the part of the decedent
-Death of decedent would result in $ for interested party
-Decedent was "in the way" of another relationship

What seems post likely?
The person in the video looked highly competent/familiar with a gun. Not a novice.

Amateur opinion and speculation

Was the twilight actually bright enough for showing Liz something like a photo or a paper with written text?

Moreover, and adding to speculation.

Concerning the apartment robbery: How was it determined to be a robbery? Anyone home at the time of the robbery, and if so, who? SB, Liz or both, or no one? Anything taken, if so, what was stolen? Perhaps robbery 1st attempt to kill Liz or to see layout of home at that time?

Concerning the gunshot fired into Liz’s place of employment: Is this a 2nd attempt to take Liz’s life? Did bullet casing match to bullet casing from homicide at Cedar Walk Dr?

Curious about the true color of the items worn by the murderer. Have always wondered if the camera captured true color of items of clothing. The "lab" (example, not confirmed) coat and footwear appear white, is that true color?

The am drive by... was killer just arriving to the town of Tomball, TX? Did killer pick up anyone, stay with anyone while waiting for their planned time to make the hit? Where did killer stay? Did anyone notice this person? Were 24 hour shops looked into? Killer curious about what vehicles were at the Cedar Walk property during am drive by and did killer notice any garage sale signs?

Moo

To me this looks like they saw/heard or monitored the police and knew they were almost there before the killer was able to exit the complex of streets in Liz's housing subdivision. They turned around to avoid the police.

I don't think they were lost because they seemed to be able to navigate the school and side streets to time the hit perfectly.
This is my sentiments as well. Always has been. Thanks to neighbor's quick response LE responded quickly. I speculate that the murderer heard sirens and to avoid LE turned around to make their escape. moo

As stated by another poster the day of Liz's murder was not a normal day. So who made the connection? Liz got the day off in advance. I speculate someone close to S&Liz perhaps spoke to another person without being aware of anything, and another person spoke to someone else? Or someone overheard something/a conversation? Who wanted Liz dead, and why? This is a solvable crime, all moo.

Noted below, Liz would have already been at work, and iirc, SB was going to work earlier than normal that (Jan. 25, 2019) day.

The garage sale wasn't broadcast and normally, Barraza would not have been home at that time, 6:50 a.m.

In my amateur opinion, the knowledge of the decedent's timing and her activities the day of her murder were shared by someone very close to her. Who within her sphere bought burner phones just prior to the tragedy? Why hasn't there been an arrest? Come on, LE, giddy up.

Editing to add that I wonder if what the assassin showed her just before she was shot was something to verify her identity. "Is this you?" (photo).

What are the chances that the garage sale/S departure for work were by accident and that the murderer was just solely out to kill her on that day? What if it was not intentional to kill her in her driveway but maybe original intent was to shoot her on her way to work for example, to make it look like road rage? Just throwing out possible ideas

As we see time and time again on WS, anything is possible. That said, is it probable?

Because she would have been gone already for work on a normal day.
Zero doubt in my mind, this person knew she was not working that day, this person knew she would be alone when Sergio left for work, and around what time he was leaving for work. They knew that they had a small window to kill her. All of that screams 'inside circle' someone that knew Liz or was close to her was involved and not some random stranger, because a random stranger wouldn't know the schedules. This is someone known to her(either the shooter was, or the shooter was put up to it by someone close to Liz) I think that's what's going to do them in. To the person that did this to Liz, or set this in motion, I hope you are reading this. Because you are part of that inner circle, the noose is tightening. I hope you are looking over your shoulder- you should be, the noose is tightening. Your days of freedom are going to be coming to an end, and those that you care about are going to get to know your real heart and what a monster you are. Also a death penalty state, right? This is easily a death penalty case given the pre-planning. How do they execute people in TX again? Lethal injection? If I were you, I'd come forward ahead of time and cooperate to avoid that needle.

Liz worked part-time at the Cool Kat Party Warehouse; however, not clear of when she worked there and for how long. Please correct me if this is not correct info. If you look at the photo you can see at the end of the counter there is a display of a mannequin in a Halloween costume. It appears to have a wig and white robe, unable to see footwear, but interesting nonetheless. I understand it's typical dress-up for Halloween, but thought it's something to point out. It's been on my mind since I first saw (its displayed by baby balloons) it over a year ago. moo

I would add FEAR.
Did Liz know something about someone and they were afraid it would be shared?

Because she would have been gone already for work on a normal day.
But the car was already in the neighbourhood earlier. It was scouting the place at 2 AM (and then the garage sale signs were already up) and pulled into the school parking lot at 06:47:50. We don't know where it was in between those times. (source: timeline)

At what time did Liz normally leave for work? I could not find that timestamp with my google skills atm.

The brief re-locating after the school parking lot stop is interesting as well: was it to do some prep, to retrive/leave something, to avoiding being seen by Sergio, to avoid being seen with Sergio, to have a chance to see Sergio leave, or simply being spooked by some cameras (did the school parking lot have some?).

I believe that Liz normally left for work around 6:45 but don't hold me to that.
I think Liz's parents tell me in part 2 of my podcast which will air next Sat, but I have talked with them for several hours at this point, and while I know I asked them what time she normally left, its not coming to mind

I could not find anything at all about the results or an arrest in this shooting in Houston by a man driving a Black Nissan Frontier. Anyone here of this incident? Not saying it's connected to Liz, but any shootings by people in Black Nissan trucks in that area would be of interest
