It's at the bottom of pdf pg 3 and beginning of pdf pg 4. The sum of it is that after Billi went to work her phone continued to ping at tower 724 which is the same tower that SA's phone pinged at. Tower 724 is the area of Billi's home. The gist is Billi left her phone home for the kids to use.

That's not what it says. A phone does not have to be in use or even turned on to ping. It just needs to have a battery in it. Ping is different than a call history. We do not know the call history of Billi's phone that day.

no the phone was on (bd's) at the home where she left it..

it was pinging the home tower..

HOWEVER SA'S PHONE PINGED IT TOO... WHEN HE CLAIMS HE DROVE HOME AFTER HIS WORK INCIDENT (((which in fact was just a run to the drink machine to get a doctor pepper... the drink that discovered his idol in the MM movies... and which his screen name also has significance... with the "78"")

might I add give me a small coincidence and I will assign it as such... give me more coincidental info and I start to think something is there...


Shawn seems to be a guy who makes a statement of himself... no matter if it is an internet handle or the like... I would look for something else here in this matter... not sure what yet.. but he is very much a labeled person imhoo.. and does things to stay there... wouldn't be at all surprised if this is his 'excuse' ((of course there is no excuse)) but sick people can have sick excuses....

As someone who lives in Snyder, IMPO would love to think that Ms. Hailey ran away, I would probably believe she did if not for SA story unraveling. All I can say for now is that the only person's story I am believing in tragedy is DD. We love you Hailey!!

Quick question, if anybody knows off-hand. Has anyone besides Billie who's credible said the bloodhounds hit near the hotel?

Reason I ask is that I see a subtle theme in Billie's early NG interviews. Hailey had a bf I didn't know about. Hailey was talking with a boy. Hailey was seen with MB and a boy. Bloodhounds hit near the hotel.

Just wondering if LE had ever said the bloodhounds hit at the hotel, or if that just came from Billie.

In the affidavit it states that the phone was utilized OR pinged the same Verizon tower at same time as SA's cell phone..

So, it may not ha ve been "utilized"{made outgoing/received incoming}.. it could have just pinged that tower.

the affidavit clearly states her phone pinged off of a tower at that time... during the time that SA's phone was pinging off the same tower

and tower that would service the home where Hailey was allegedly sleeping at the time...

scary stuff.

You're right, of course. That information would be very helpful. But I read that LE would not confirm that the neighbor next door saw Hailey using the phone. So did SA call Hailey? Possibly rush her to get ready and see her mom there was an emergency?? Why delete calls on that day?

Something that has bothered me: I wonder why BD called her son at noon, and told him to text HD to tell her to come home. Why? It's not like mom would be there all afternoon, so what would it have mattered if she was at her friends home, occupied until mom got off work? I've swung back and forth on who did what, and who knew what. But this really makes me wonder if it was an attempt at some kind of alibi, and bringing an innocent 16 year old into it to make it "look good" ????

**and thanks to SuziQ for thinking to clarify the distinction that a cell phone does not have to be in use, nor does it have to be even powered ON..just as long as the battery is in the cell phone it will continue to "ping" the nearest tower**

I hear what you're saying but Billie has referred to Hailey a few xs as "just a BABY"..I truly believe this is how she sees Hailey but maybe not all girls that age..KWIM?

My only reasoning for this is if she is anything like I am, I don't like for my kids to overstay their welcome when spending the night. I usually tell my kids I will pick them up at noon, unless another time has been worked out beforehand.
