So is it known if BD left her cell@home for Hailey to use that day?
Trying to keep up, but have work to do like everyone else.

Bottom line is LE is not using the sightings. I think they would if they could but they aren't.

That's true, SA may have admitted to returning to Colorado City and we just don't know about it. Good point!

Actually, I don't think he admitted to returning to CCity - I was thinking about other places he may have been that we don't know about. I don't think he's admitted to "all" of them, IMHO. We don't know what LE has.

We have sightings by a vet with "issues". An appointment that can't really be confirmed because the poor lady has "Alzheimer's". And a mystery man who threatened BD and HD a year ago who has just went poof and no one can find him. I think I'm seeing a trend here..............

Speaking for myself, I'd like to know the basis upon which each of the reported sightings was rejected.

If we knew that (FOR INSTANCE) Jean's appointment book ultimately showed that she had moved the Alzheimers' patient's hair appointment to Sunday from Monday due to another commitment, that the little boy said he was with Hailey that day and they went up in a rocketship, or that phone records clearly show that no 30 minute call was made from that phone that day at noon, it would put an end to the speculation about WHY these sightings have been discounted. Or, as bessie suggested, that the clothing she is described as wearing somehow excludes the possibility that Hailey was seen Monday.

Purely speculative examples provided for illustrative purposes only.

LE don't have to announce anything with regards to these sightings. The only person whom they might discuss their findings with would be the mother of the missing child...to get her on another path, to keep her informed of the investigation etc.

But they apparently are not. Why? :waitasec:

Sure, imo. 3 people were supposedly sharing one cell phone that was left in the house. Phone records wouldn't be able to ascertain who answered calls to the same phone number. If DD was not at home, Billie was not at home, and SA called Billie's cell phone that was at home, he could have been calling Hailey.

Went to that link where it says "made a positive indication that her REMAINS could be located in Scurry county"....
Hadn't seen the inclusion of the word "remains" before....

I'll bet you a :beagle: that sometimes she does hair on Sundays.

I live at least a thousand miles from there, so I can't address that, honestly. And I actually suggested that myself a few posts up. I know that "no hair on Sunday" was stated as her reason for placing the sighting on Monday.

I haven't been able to find detailed information about what SA claims was going on that day, just his statement about Hailey leaving. Details are desperately lacking all the way around.

Below is the link to the 2 interviews with Priscilla Luong before SA was named a suspect. He talks about what Hailey was doing and what she said when she allegedly left the house on 12/27. Hope this helps!!

But see, he doesn't describe her leaving. And particularly in the second video, the reporter is trying hard to get him to describe it.

But here's all he says is (not directly transcribed)

First video - She didn't take anything.

Second video - She was in the living room watching TV. Going to Dad's and MB's.


So. I would expect a mother to want every last little detail of the last time her little girl was seen - what she said (good-bye or see ya or whatever), her facial expression (happy, frowning, laughing, smiling), where was Shawn, where was Hailey, did she go out the front door or the back door, did he see her out the window and which direction she turned, was there a car outside she went towards, and on and on and on.

But there's nothing.

Just like Hailey never walked out of the house.

She's forever just in the living room watching TV, saying she's going to Clint's and MB's. End of story.

I cant seem to find "ONE" confirmed time where SA doesn't fit...

SA actions and his unaccounted times are what makes him fit ...unless there is a confirmed sighting of Hailey Monday Night or on Tuesday I don't see what Billie means...

He was the last to see Hailey and had time...Monday morning and afternoon till the time he picked Billie up and then again Tuesday....

We don't make it happen either.... SA does that.... no alibis and bizarre actions during this time seem suspicious as heck

And I get 'page not found.'

IMO, only if there were missed incoming calls as well. If nobody called or texted her either, it's less suspicious.

Even if the FBI does a pattern analysis on her calls and finds that she regularly makes outgoing calls?

What in God's name has this poor little 13 year old girl done that she is being accused of lying and hiding things in the investigation of the disappearance of her friend?

For the love of God.

Between the bashing of her, and the bashing of the poor little 7 year old boy, well, I just don't know what to say.

We have a NAMED SUSPECT - Shawn Adkins. Have people found evidence on their own indicating this 13 year old girl and the 7 year old boy were his accomplices? Because I know there sure as heck has not been a single blessed thing like that in a single MSM article.

The bashing and finger pointing at innocent adults, particularly Clint, the father and a victim in this case, is bad enough, but when it's done to children, over and over and over again, it gets to a point where I just can't stand it.

I agree that we don't need to be judging the children harshly...they're just kids!

I haven't seen anyone accusing Clint of taking Hailey or bashing him. I do think that he and his girlfriend should have both taken LDT's just because they both were close to Hailey and need to be cleared. But then they might have ended up in the same boat with BD.

I would be thrilled if everyone, including Clint, his girlfriend, the new threat guy and anyone who might help locate him, would just undergo a new LDT with the entire thing, questions and all, done by proven experts who have nothing to do with CCPD or Mitchell county, just to be safe. It probably wouldn't hurt to hook up the officers who took the reports and wrote the affadavits as well...(I can only dream)...

I've been looking for something, and haven't been able to find it. I hope someone can help.

I'm looking for a description of Hailey's last sighting by Shawn that is complete - that is, that starts with 'she said she was going to her dad's, then to MB's, then she', and finishes the story until she actually exits the house.

For example, '... then to MB's,... then she waved good-bye and walked out the door', or '... then to MB's,... then she walked in the other room, and I heard the front door open and close. I didn't see her again (or and then Shawn said he didn't see her again.)'

Anything indicating an egress by Hailey.

I can't find one, and it's bugging me.

"... then she grabbed a soda from the fridge, put her hair in a ponytail, sat on the sofa to tie her shoes and as she left said "don't forget to tell Mom I am sleeping at MBs!" and asked me if she should lock the door behind her.
