Missing teen's dad not giving up search for her
Clint Dunn, the father of missing Colorado City, Texas teen Hailey Dunn, told the media Thursday he is not giving up on finding his daughter.
According to KOSA, Dunn was in Odessa, diligently handing out missing persons flyers.

Unnamed person could have information on missing teen
More than a month into the disappearance of 13-year-old Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn, and her mother is now saying there's a person who could give police more information about her daughter's whereabouts.
Billie Dunn told KTXS off camera she believes there is a person who has information about her missing daughter.
She also said police know who this individual is, but she would not release anymore information at this time.

Missing teen's mom wants to talk to media today
Billie Jean Dunn, the mother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn, has scheduled her own news conference for 1 p.m. today.
Dunn said Sunday night that she hopes to clarify details regarding the day — Dec. 27 — her daughter is believed to have gone missing. Also, she wants to talk about someone she called a person of interest.
Law enforcement previously said there are persons of interest in the case and named the mother's former live-in boyfriend, Shawn Adkins, as a suspect.

Hailey's mom gives details of potential person of interest
Billie Dunn plans to hold a press conference Monday to give what she says is an accurate time line and discuss a person she thinks should be a person of interest.
Dunn said she wants to set the record straight about her 13-year-old daughter's disappearance.
"People are misconstruing everything. There's so many things that aren't accurate that's out there. I just need to get the facts out there so people will get back to focing on Hailey," she said.
To get what she calls the facts out in Hailey's case, she'll hold a press conference giving her version of the first few days after her daughter disappeared. Dunn also plans to say what she can about somebody she thinks needs to be looked at in the case.

The mother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn addressed the media today to "set the record straight."
Billie Dunn read a 15-minute long prepared statement to the media.
She is holding out hope that Hailey will be found alive and asked her to "come home" and asked anyone who had her to "please let her go."

Update: Someone saw Hailey the night she disappeared
A woman said she spotted Hailey Dunn the night she disappeared, walking with a friend and a teenage boy, Dunn's mother said today in a news conference.
Billie Dunn handed out a timeline (attached below) to reporters, saying she had information that investigators had not previously revealed. According to that timeline, Hailey was seen at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 with the friend whose house she said she was going to spend the night at. The witness didn't recognize the teenage boy who was with them.

Billie Dunn was considered a "person of interest" in the investigation, but has been ruled out, said Pete Kampfer, spokesperson for the investigation.

Search to resume for missing teen when icy conditions thaw
Icy conditions in Colorado City this week have put a temporary halt on the search for 13-year-old Hailey Dunn, but efforts to locate the teen could resume today.
Pete Kampfer, the city manager of Colorado City who is acting as a liaison between the media and law enforcement, said the investigation slowed this week as a result of the massive winter storm.

Snow doesn't stop Hailey Dunn searchers
Friends and family of Hailey Dunn are planning a balloon release at 9 a.m. today in honor of the missing girl.
People will be bringing orange and blue balloons to the bridge in the Scurry County town of Dunn. Those who cannot make the trip have said they will be releasing balloons from wherever they are at the same time.
A group of searchers, including Hailey Dunn's father, went out in the freezing weather on Thursday to look for her. They searched abandoned homes and barns and various areas of remote Mitchell County.

They say the number of volunteers helping them has started to dwindle. The searchers meet every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the housing authority in Colorado City. You can just show up, if you'd like to help, but you have to be 18-years-old and have an ID.

They and Hailey's mother are pleading for more people to come out, even with the treacherous weather.
Searchers told KTXS the number of people who are coming out is getting smaller very quickly, a thing that is scary for those who refuse to give up hope of finding Hailey.
