ETA - was ordering when you posted about platters
Maybe subway can send over a box of those plastic bags they use so searchers can wrap up a few and take with them?
 
NO MORE PARTY PLATTERS. INDIVIDUAL SANDWICHES ONLY. THEY NEED TO TAKE THEM OUT TO THE FIELD TO THE SEARCHERS.

Sorry, not yelling just need everyone to see this.

The platters up to now are just fine and wonderful. THANK YOU. THey need to take the sandwiches out to the field so they need things individually wrapped.

Many of the searches will come in for lunch so the platters will be great for them but we have enough.

Just single sandwiches please.

You did fine my dear. No worries. And that is exactly what we are going to ask Subway to do.

My apologies. This is one of these details that no one thinks to tell anyone else. It gets so hectic and chaotic doing these searches that these things fall through the cracks.

You all are wonderful.

Ok, I just ordered. :great:

I ordered a total of 10 footlongs.

They will all be on Crusty Italian and have Provolone for the cheese. All will be cut in thirds.

Here's the break down:

2 Meatball Marinara

2 BLT

2 Spicy Italian

2 Black Forest Ham

2 Oven Roasted Chicken

Thank you Tricia for coming up with a way for us to help. I really feel so much better after having done my part. If only it was enough to bring that precious little girl home where she belongs.
 
Do they have hand sanitizers to clean up before eating? If not, may I order those locally?

30 footlongs & 7 party platters, plus the other goodies should feed 50-60 people, IMO.

This is the hard part. I am hoping for 100 people to show up to search.

Some will eat nothing, some a little, some more than others, and some more and more than others. LOL.

I doubt 100 people will show up and I would hate to have anything wasted but let's keep going for a bit longer OK? Just to make sure.

wow, I am amazed at the amount donated-- Colorado City being a small town I hope they will be able to meet the demand- / this is a large order for one day. You guys are great!!!!!!!!!!!
