Well, just speculating, he could have gone to the store right after he saw Jonathan, so he could be on video buying something, etc.

Or maybe work. He could have been home on his lunch break, and then he clocked back in?

Does anyone know how far away AD worked from the home/apartment complex? That would help with the timeline. I read in one MSM article that she called repeatedly on her way home, and then MN picked up as she was 5 min. away from home. AD called LE at 3:45, we know that is accurate on the LE end. I just get concerned because these other times, the 1:45 of DD, the 2:00 of AD, are provided by people connected to JF and the crime scene.

Wait, there was a neighbor who saw MN's truck there at the same time as the phone calls, and the phone calls can be verified through phone records. Okay. So it is the actual content of those calls that is in question, as well as the timing of SD and AD in coming and leaving the home that might be less sure.

I was working on this because of the tightness of the time line.

the source was LE at yesterdays press conference. Patty has partial video, but not that part. You can see it in several articles tho if you google mona and 12:30....it did come from LEs mouth tho...jmo

I wonder if any of the neighbors have said that the truck and SD were at the residence at the same time? Or if they have confirmed that the SD left and the truck was there before and after, but not during? (Which is very weird to me.)

do you have a link to where LE verifies a neighbor witnessing mona there at the time of the phone calls? I missed it.... and at the press conference LE states the witnesses saw her at 12:30. ty If this witness saw her at that time how was removal of Jonathan not seen??? :waitasec:

Is it possible there are holes in the time line and alibis, and that LE is waiting for folks to implicate themselves?
Is it possible that alibis for individuals could be based on other people who would cover for their friends because they know they wouldn't do such a horrible thing?

Not pointing fingers at anyone specifically. It's a LE protocol quesion. Does anyone know: Will they say that an individual has cleared and checked out when in fact they have questions and concerns that haven't been resolved? Or when they say someone is cleared, does it mean that person has truly been cleared beyond a doubt?

That his car was ever towed was a huge question earlier on, maybe this is the connection?

Maybe his car was seen leaving in that time frame and they wanted to check it for blood or something.. there would probably be hair and dna and stuff in it as he was jonathans SD.

(Sorry Kimster, I was attempting to quote your post about Jonathan's home life, not this one).

With all due respect Kimster, why are we not allowed to discuss Jonathan's home life as this could be integral to the reasons why this woman was allowed access to Jonathan? There is MSM confirmation that CPS had visited Jonathan's home on several occasions and his uncle's statements in MSM that Jonathan's mother was a drug abuser, at least in the past. I don't understand why this isn't allowed to be discussed as it has been allowed in other cases, i.e., Haleigh Cummings. Even though Haleigh's father Ronald at least appears to be cleared by LE just as Jonathan's mother has, there are very brutal things that are allowed to be posted about him in her forum and the choices that he made with regards to allowing less than stellar people to be around Haleigh and her brother. I guess I don't understand the difference why one is allowed to post things like that in one particular case on WS but not allowed to discuss it on other cases. It makes it extremely difficult to stay within the TOS of the board when the rules change from forum to forum.

I don't believe anyone is specifically pointing a finger at Jonathan's mother or stepfather but it is integral to the discussion as to how Mona may have found her way into Jonathan's life.

You can discuss what has been in the news about what MN is saying about the SD. They have both been cleared at this point. The mother in my opinion is off limits until or if something comes up in the MSM's to show us otherwise.

I do realize this is a very fine line, but I don't want the Mother being accused of being the reason her son is gone. MN is the reason her son is gone, now if in the future it shows otherwise it will change of course. Thanks.

Very true. I also fight myself with this. But, I still can't believe the "He gave me 20 dollars" carp and then she went to her house where the plethora of evidence was collected.

In my head, I can't even imagine we are living in a world where the option to dispose of a child = 20 dollars.

THEORY/SPECULATION:

Could Mona have provided the "container/trash can" to remove him from his home? Perhaps she had it out back from her previous visit and then she went in, tied him up, put him in the container and then put the container in her truck as a maintenance person might do?

JF was on the first call TO his mom, but not on the last call FROM his mom. Maybe he was already tied up at that point?

Again, what container? The body was not found in a plastic container.

I don't play at all.

I don't feel she acted alone; it's just that simple.

She could have emptied the container before she even got to the spot.

I just don't run right to the end of the story. I go page by page and at times I have to read the pages again. This is just how I am.

I can't state who I feel is involved as it is against the rules although I have stated them earlier before the arrest.

Right there beside you Patty, and her sociopathic behaviors compound rather than diminish this thought for me.


ETA - I don't get too caught up in the container talk, she may have recieved (not actually received, just asked to dispose of) a 'container' (possibly the bin that has been taken away) but maybe she emptied that container first.
Please don't think I am in any way shape or form condoning or defending this woman, I am simply exploring an unshakable thought I have that she didn't act alone.

Thanks for the clear up guys, I read a few articles about her being there at 12:30.

What a &*^%$$ disgrace this woman is and this whole situation. I just feel so terrible for Jonathan and his fam. Bravo to LE for staying strong and working hard. They better start opening cold cases and investigating other open child murder cases too in and around the area though.

Oh, and I LOVE how Mona sings her sob story to the MEDIA and even gets an activist on her case! HELLO?? They have TONS of physical evidence tying you to the murder, including a surveillance video!! I don't care if you have a MILLION grandchildren, you are a KILLER. The BTK killer had a wife and kids, and good lord the 10 atrocities that man committed over a span of almost 20 years. They use a family or decent job to blend in with society. The shear arrogance of this woman is more PROOF that she is a sociopathic murderer.

If they have the phone records and the mother says she heard Jonathan on the phone then the police would know when Jonathan was still alive. Police therefore would check the phone records to see the exact time of the phone calls. So if the step-father is somewhere else at the time Jonathan is still alive (store, work, driving-nowdays seems like cameras are everywhere, so he could be on tape somewhere) the police would know the step-father has an alibi.
