Thank goodness. I have been hoping like crazy that these two little girls would be found safe and well.
I'm still wondering about that too.Glad they were returned. I'm curious as to why the middle sister wasn't also taken? Is she not also in CPS custody with her sisters?
Yeah, me too. I wonder if she has a different mother? So glad the littles are recovered safely ... and will not be subjected to dad and grandma's influence for some time. MooI'm still wondering about that too.

Absolutely! CPS workers are underpaid, overworked, and they have to deal with the most volatile and often hostile situations. They aren‘t armed, so even if they are watching a family’s every move, they can really only call in for reinforcement when a family member snatches a kid/kids and runs. My hats off to these workers who do one of the hardest jobs imaginable IMO.Very difficult case that I hope is prompting loved ones into reflection.
I hope this casts light into the lives of these girls and brings them into a more stable situation. Confident and hopeful that they will be found alive.
Let us all remember that the CPS worker was outside when Josh Powell blew up his house. I have a lot of empathy for people paid poverty wages to deal with the pain among us.
I found thisGlad to hear these 2 little girls were found safe!
Anyone reading here have access to Collin County court site? I can not seem to find one that will let me in...
I would like to follow this case all the way through. TIA!
Dad says he is innocent. Following article and YT vid have comments by his on/off girlfriend. She says he had requested the visit because it was his birthday. She also says that he was on the path to reunification and had only two supervised visits left, and asks why would he jeopardize that. He sent her a text from the restaurant and said his kids were gone.

I can but I don't find a new case for either one of them. Thanks - I can access this page - but it is the next one - Case Search - that I have been denied access. But thanks - anyway!
Can you access the Case search part?
I suspect the girls have already been interviewed and have told everyone exactly what the conversations were, where they were, etc. It seems odd his mother would sneak off with the kids without him knowing anything about it.Well, hmmm... BBM below - I have been wondering the same thing.
"He sticks to the fact that he didn't know anything about it, and he was not any part of it. He said he had two more visits left, he thought he was going to get them back, so why would he do that?" said McClelland.
It is unclear exactly how the girls left the restaurant and into a vehicle with Jami Burns. It's also unclear where the case worker was during the visit.
I can but I don't find a new case for either one of them.
What Cindizzi posted looks like a jail log and has the warrant numbers, but no case numbers yet. Her other cases have both warrant number and case number.
Can't screenshot it because it has other people's names listed under Approved Visitors.
