Thank goodness! It's been bothering me this evening. I'm glad to see they've been arrested. It's unconscionable what they've done.

I'll never understand this kind of behavior. Complete sociopaths. You murder a child, badly injure another or others, traumatize them for life in the most horrific of circumstances and then you just get on with your life?! And their mother - how does one get so dissociated to get up in the morning have a life, get married apparently and post to social media while your children which are supposed to be your whole heart are suffering to that extreme- it’s so evil - and then that no one raised the alarm sooner

I can’t get my head around how awful this story is
These children were failed on multiple levels. This is just beyond.
What about the school system not checking in on them when they hadn’t attended school for over a year? Wouldn’t they call CPS? Maybe they couldn’t find them?
Maybe that building is half empty or something?
a life of quiet desperation- he had to ask someone to charge a telephone....how long did it take him to get that courage.I read one article that mentioned the boys not being in school since May 2020 & there were photos of truant notices from 2019 & 2020, that had been sent to the mother. Supposedly CPS tried to make contact, but was unsuccessful. Covid-19 made it easy for at risk youth to slip through the cracks. IMHO the neighbors should have been more diligent.
"But I had no idea there was a skeleton in the house," said neighbor Trevor Thompson. "I never saw those other kids."
The Harris County Sheriff's Office says the rent for the apartment at at the CityParc II at West Oaks Apartments kept getting paid, but the mother hasn't been at the apartment in months. The 15-year-old was relying on his neighbor, Erica Chapman, who started giving him food six months ago.
"He wouldn't eat anything you made," she said. "You had to buy a salad that was closed from the store, or a pizza. Fruits. It still had to be in bag."
Thompson was also feeding him. He once got a glance inside the apartment.
"The house is empty. It's not furnished. It's just trash. Debris from chips, pizza boxes," he said.
“Without electricity, the 15-year-old asked Thompson to charge a cellphone shortly before calling 911 on Sunday.”
So for the last 6 months, at least 2 adult residents, knew the conditions those kids were living in! Really… WTF?

once you get over the major secondhand embarrassment from his videos, it seems like in February he started to go more down hill as a person. Saying he’s a crip, the face tats, tinfoil grill…
oh, and he has a tattoo that says “FOE - family over everything”. What a ***
See post aboveHas Coulter got social media accounts?
I want to check out his tattoos.
Big man killing an 8 yr old... prison will not be good for him, I console myself, hopefully.
Yep I have some thoughts too and I wonder what they are on because it's something , not that they look like they make good desicions sober either.<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>
I have a few thoughts about how some of this may have progressed and why immediate arrests were not made - but I'm fairly certain I couldn't articulate them clearly here so I'm just gonna sit on all of the bewildering ideas I have floating thru my head at the moment. I wish these kids had been helped a long time ago ... but I'm glad that the surviving ones do finally have that now.
And then putting pictures up on Insta....with plates full of food......!! Sick @@@!!!!
But truly, at the end of the day, the basic responsibility lies with the mother. I would really not put blame on the neighbors, etc. JMOO!I read one article that mentioned the boys not being in school since May 2020 & there were photos of truant notices from 2019 & 2020, that had been sent to the mother.
