The thing is, millions of children have feeding tubes. And the first thing that parents are taught Is how to change them. If the childs weight gain is at a steady rate whereby it keeps in proportion with head growth on the centile chart then that child will only require a 6 monthly outpatient appointment. They as parents are trusted to recognise an emergency and seek medical help if needed. Since USA citizens have to pay for hospital treatment, it would be very easy to relocate and just have the previous hospital assume 'Well he is your child, it's you paying for his treatment and whatnot'. It would be nigh on impossible for medical staff to start searching through records for that needle in a haystack since they are very busy people themselves And it is not their job to do that. All the required agencies should be linked up as a network, working in conjunction with 1 another and sharing information as and when needed. Here in the UK, if Police are called out to a domestic or a birthday party whereby a fight breaks out and it is noted that a child or children are present within that address GUARANTEED Social Services will send Child Protection Officers to the home during school hours within 3 days. And not just to speak to the parents.. they will have a time written down in their little notebook for the family to again be at home but specifically the children. And they leave no stone unturned. And in turn Social Services will contact the local children's hospital for any previous incidents info involving them children at that address. So for the future, any anti social behaviours or accidents requiring hospital treatment from that specific home and 1 agency systematically alerts the other. It's our Countries way of safeguarding our kids from not only physical but mental abuse in the home and it works. Even the schools are in on it. My friend is a Social Worker and in some cases, the non celebration of a childs birthday can be seen as a form of mental child abuse. We have a duty to let our children know they are worth it and not worthless. All of the citizens of America need to shout it from the rooftops in a way that the whole world hears you- because we all back you on it - Call for change!! Call for your leader to log off Twitter and take stock of what is happening to the babies and children in HIS country, because honestly, the unsolved and ongoing abductions and murders are off the Ricter Scale and for every cold case yous are solving, Another 5 kids have gone! And they are the most precious thing ever. It is very sad X Will this poor child with the feeding tube ever be identified? Will the evil ba*!#*d who put her there ever be punished for it? I pray hard that justice be served.
May God Rest her Tiny Soul X

Well it definitely looks vintage to me. Vintage as in the company started in 1999 and was bought up by Samsonite this year.

I wonder who would have a good working knowledge of the company's older products. I wonder if they started selling them online only or in local luggage shops or both. Just curious if it would help us focus search area towards Colorado perhaps.

It’s interesting Samsonite bought this company as I have one of their old timey vintage suitcases (hardtop). My tag from them says they are based out of Colorado Springs. My dad got it when he was in the Military because of its durability.

So I did a thing. I know a military type shirt was found with Madison. I also read that the pollen on her body suggests she is most likely from a region in lower Arizona. I’ve also read that Madison most likely died upwards of 6 months before being found, which may explain the amount of pollen they found on her? I don’t know. Going on a tangent. But I am going to upload two pictures. Is it possible the family of this girl are from this area? Look at how close the military base is to the estimated area where the particular type of pollen would be....

That could be a possibility.

I know a lot of genealogists/geneticists don't like to take on child cases since their purpose is to identify the person, not find the killer. And in the vast majority of child cases the relatives are involved.

I know Othram took on Delta Dawn's case though, so there's always hope.

Also, from what I've seen from cases of foster/adopted children who were abused/neglected/murdered, it seems like a lot of the time CPS is no longer involved as soon as the child is officially adopted and has been with the family for a few months. They're more diligent with foster kids.
That being said, I doubt she was actively in foster care... Either she was with her biological family or was adopted.

I had posted something earlier and it was removed because I didn’t site where I had found it. Hope this works. I found the info on the base (Ft Huachuca) at google.com and the website is listed immediately below in the image. Also, I have included an image from google maps of the area near the base from afar.
Madison was wearing Parents Choice which is primarily sold at Walmart and Mon Petit which is also sold at Walmart. (Google.com) So I wonder if her parents used this particular Walmart?
The significance of the brigade I will put in another post.

I checked into some theories that it’s possible Madison’s family was military and were given orders to go to another base and tossed her body on the way. I looked into info on the 111th military brigade and its other locations and found one in Texas and one in Florida. I’ll include a link to my info. 111th Military Intelligence Brigade | MyBaseGuide
Is it possible the perp(s) drove here or took a plane after being relocated bases?

I agree with you. MOO I think the parent(s) cared enough to get Madison a feeding tube but I don’t believe they would’ve kept up on her. Seems like they’re either victims of foul play or they didn’t bother to make a missing person case for Madison because they wanted it that way. My guess is that the poor child became too much of a burden for whoever was caring for her.:( I don’t think, based off the age estimate and her parents lack of....care? That she attended school in the area mentioned above. I looked into pediatricians and specialists in the area that she may have seen and could only come up with a few names. Maybe those dr offices have insight into little Madison? Idk...

Here is an image of what I found when I googled military issued camo shirt. Desert Digital. This type of shirt was found with her body. This is not the actual shirt, only an example. It seems these shirts are sold to public (I’ll post a link where I found this image) but if it’s military issued I’m guessing the one the police found was.... military issued? My question is which bases are these issued to?Propper® ACU Coat - Battle Rip® - Digital
