Finally. The truth is beginning to come out. She knew he was abusing the child and failed to protect her.
Everything happened soon after the birth of the new baby.
CPS must have suspected this, and it's interesting that he is not even mentioned by the mom in the report when Maleah first got injured. They probably didn't even know about him until they went to the house for the face to face visit.
Yet another case of an abusive man controlling and manipulating the whole family. She was intimidated by him and protected him for too long, costing her the life of her child.
So sad, that poor beautiful baby. I hope she is found soon. Imo

Okay so I listened to the video again, a neighbor has a camera at the top of the stairs, is what I think I heard.
Was DV really to dumb to not tear it off the wall?

When is it appropriate for a live in boyfriend to put his hands on a child that does not belong to him? Never should he have been allowed to discipline M, imo.

Maybe mom can't find DV, but LE knows where he is. Don't think for a second that they let him out of their sight.

Unfortunately, if the perpetrator is the mom's husband or boyfriend, the mom is *never* unaware. Never. She's just choosing to have a man rather than protect her child.

Having grown up in very similar household, I can say that the mom was definitely aware, but CHOSE to ignore DV’s behavior.

What I can't stop thinking about is where the MD entourage was handing out the flyers. Wasn't it first up at Greens Road or was it Bush Park, then FC Mall, then Oyster Creek. Didn't LE and Equusearch eventually stop looking in those areas? I have had a hunch that BB knows everything. Was she trying to throw them off? Bet LE has this all figured out, especially after QX press conference. They've known where to look.

Totally agree! And why QX is now involved? He is not an attorney. I have lived in the Houston area for almost 40 years and when he shows up on TV speaking for someone, it seems more than not that someone somehow ends up being guilty for something.

It says the day before she left to go be with her father, who was dying. Was this another visit? Before the funeral? I thought there was a few weeks between his death and the funeral.

A reporters asked BB "When was the last time you spoke to your little girl?"

BB didn't answer the question. Instead she buried her face in QX's shoulder and let him answer for her. QX: "Listen, listen. Mom is not perfect..."

That is not an acceptable answer to the reporter's question of when was the last time she spoke to her little girl. If BB called home while she was in MA, and if BB had spoken to Maleah, it would be easy enough to say so. I'm wondering if evidence will surface that BB didn't even call home while she was out of town - IMO. Otherwise, why answer that question with "Mom is not perfect"?

She might want to rethink somethings he said in the presser, because her spokesman put her directly in the crosshairs of CPS and the courts. He did her no favors. I wonder how much he's charging her?

How long had dear "stepdad" been with BB? How much and for how long did she let her kids get beat?

If she allowed DV to physically abuse her child(ren) and did nothing to prevent it or didn't report the alleged physical abuse, she could be charged with failure to protect.

I also wonder if she is just trying to make him mad with the allegations of d*ck pics and thinking he’s gay.

And possibly turning friends and family who might be helping him against him.

I suspect that the car turned up because a friend decided they heard enough to decide they don't want any part of it. These new allegations may turn more.
