Wilson’s family and friends have left the courtroom for the time being. The defense and Tobin are still discussing these various studies and processes. Tobin is hammering home that point that this is subjective and non-scientific

Did this expert of experts even study the bullets and casings in this case, or is he just offering expert opinions in general.

Exactly! He could have performed his own test firings, concluded his own findings, and had three of his esteemed colleagues peer review his findings. It doesn't appear he did that, as far as I can tell.

Tobin showing magnified images of spent shell casings which appear to be in total agreement, but Tobin says they came from completely different guns.

That's all well and good but let's hear what he has to sat about KA's '
gun and crime scene bullets. Did he examine? Appearing via zoom -seems 'he can't give real time demo. But perhaps he has written a report.

I am confident the jurors will concur and convict! The reading of the verdict will be justice served.

But he does not say this examiner confused sub-class characteristics and impressions with something else. He needs to implicitly disagree with THIS examination/examiner....not unknown examiners in general. IMO he has no evidence that any error or confusion exists.

I really think this witness testimony is going to backfire on the defense. Pretty sure the jurors are all tired of hearing from Mr Tobin. JMO
