It looks like Zaikiya Duncan's extradition court hearing is coming up on 11/17

I looked under Harris County court site - which only has 4 inactive files for her & then I looked in the Harris County jail site - and she is not there yet.

*Probable Cause Hearing (@ am CT) - TX - An Amber Alert was put out (10/18/22) after a 911 call for Nicholas Menina, 7, Zayden Menina, 10, Jovion Menina & Javier Menina, both 12, Jarod Menina, 14. Their older brother, 18-year-old Jamerian Robinson was also missing. Also assaulted 15 year old twins, girl & boy (no names given) who triggered the Amber Alert on Monday night 10/17/22. The children were last seen at around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 10/18/22 in the 8700 block of Marina Alto Lane in Cypress, a suburb of Houston. Found late on Tuesday, 10/18/22 with relatives near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. (Twins say they were forced to drink bleach, burned & beaten with curtain rods & kept handcuffed). Only for *Zaikiya Duncan (40) "mom" arrested (10/18/22 in Baton Rouge, LA) & charged (10/18/22) with 2 counts of assault on family/household member & 2 counts of aggravated assault on family member/household. Held without bond in Louisiana awaiting extradition to Texas. Booked into Harris County jail on 10/29/22.
*Jova Terrell (27) aka YGB Joker (rapper name) (BF) arrested (10/18/22 in Baton Rouge, LA) & charged (10/18/22) with 1 count of continuous violence against the family. Held without bond in Louisiana awaiting extradition to Texas.

10/20/22 Update: Both: A judge in Louisiana Thursday morning to determine when Duncan & Terrell will be brought back to Texas. The mother & her boyfriend are expected to arrive at the Harris County Jail at some point. Both are facing injury to a child charges & are accused of some horrific acts of child abuse. Both appeared before a judge & are being held without bond in Louisiana. Harris County has 30 days to extradite them back to the Houston area.
10/29/22 Update: The teens have since been discharged from the hospital and are under the care of state case workers. In the final days at the hospital, the twins were actually in good spirits, according to Houston authorities. A forensic test also revealed that the siblings are 15, not 16. Duncan & Terrell still awaiting extradition to Texas.
10/29/22 Update: Booked into Harris County jail. Order-Grant mental-intel interview. Probable cause hearing on 10/30/22.

Well - it looks like I was incorrect on the $1M bond - I was looking only at one of the cases. She has 4 separate ones - so bond is now...

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- After a court hearing Thursday afternoon, the jury announced the bond charges set in the case of a Cypress mother who is accused of abusing her twin teenagers.

The defense asked for the bond to be lowered to $50,000 for each case.
But during Thursday's hearing at the Harris County Criminal Courthouse, the two assault charges remained at $1 million each. The judge raised the two aggravated assault charges to $1.25 million each, totaling to a $4.5 million bond.

The state also said, since being taken into custody, Duncan has made jail phone calls to someone in Louisiana, saying she had deleted videos and images from her home cameras.
Duncan's attorneys say she is currently pregnant again, meaning she will have a total of nine children.
Duncan's next court hearing is on Jan. 25, 2023. And more charges could come if a jury finds that she abused or harmed her other five children.
Duncan's boyfriend, Terrell, is waiting to be extradited from Louisiana back to Texas.

Thoughts on why Terrell has had no movement but Duncan has? There is no way they can think he did nothing and knew nothing. Maybe trying to get them to flip on each other?
And making jail calls to say she deleted evidence? Wow! First, who is she calling that she feels so comfortable telling this to? Could she be calling Terrell? I wouldn't think she could. And pregnant again?!

Even though I am a day late - I shall post this to keep my records straight! 
Friday, November 4th:
*Probable Cause Hearing (@ 10am CT) - TX - An Amber Alert was put out (10/18/22) after a 911 call for Nicholas Menina, 7, Zayden Menina, 10, Jovion Menina & Javier Menina, both 12, Jarod Menina, 14. Their older brother, 18-year-old Jamerian Robinson was also missing. Also assaulted 15 year old twins, girl & boy (no names given) who triggered the Amber Alert on Monday night 10/17/22. The children were last seen at around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 10/18/22 in the 8700 block of Marina Alto Lane in Cypress, a suburb of Houston. Found late on Tuesday, 10/18/22 with relatives near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. (Twins say they were forced to drink bleach, burned & beaten with curtain rods & kept handcuffed) - *Jova Terrell (27) aka YGB Joker (rapper name) (BF) arrested (10/18/22 in Baton Rouge, LA) & charged (10/18/22) with 1 count of continuous violence against the family. Held without bond in Louisiana awaiting extradition to Texas. Extradited to Texas on 11/4/22. Bond set at $500K.

10/20/22 Update: Both: A judge in Louisiana Thursday morning to determine when Duncan & Terrell will be brought back to Texas. The mother & her boyfriend are expected to arrive at the Harris County Jail at some point. Both are facing injury to a child charges & are accused of some horrific acts of child abuse. Both appeared before a judge & are being held without bond in Louisiana. Harris County has 30 days to extradite them back to the Houston area.
10/29/22 Update: The teens have since been discharged from the hospital and are under the care of state case workers. In the final days at the hospital, the twins were actually in good spirits, according to Houston authorities. A forensic test also revealed that the siblings are 15, not 16. Duncan & Terrell still awaiting extradition to Texas.
10/29/22 Update: Duncan: Booked into Harris County jail. Order-Grant mental-intel interview. Probable cause hearing on 10/20/22. 11/4/22 Update: Extradited from LA to Texas on 11/4/22. Motions docket held for probable cause hearing held. Order: Pretrial courtesy supervision. 11/5/22: Order: Emergency protection Order granted. Bond set at $500K per H/O. Requested representation. Financial affidavit filed. Warning given. Ind. assessment status.
