I think he’s in denial, and will stick with whatever she told him as what he believes, either indefinitely or until Noel is found. It’s hard to believe someone you’ve known so long might harm their child, let alone on your property and over a long period of time.

MOO
From police reporting it comes across that he is innocent in all of this. I'm not entirely convinced. I also would like to know the living arrangements. One article reported that her family used 2 bedrooms in the home and the shed out back. Who slept in the home? He seems to be extremely close to Noel. Are there pictures with the other children? Maybe he looked at them as his daughter and grandchildren.

The video/interview with the foster mom was difficult to watch. Can you imagine fostering a child for a year, making a positive impact on their life and hoping they are happy and safe after reunification and then finding out this was the outcome..... so heartbreaking

The day before the family left the U.S., Singh drove Parson to the hospital for a medical operation, Parson told the Star-Telegram. Parson was expecting the family to pick him up afterward, but every time he tried to call the parents he got a message that their phones had been disconnected.

Police have said that Rodriguez-Singh had a history of investigations and actions taken by Child Protective Services along with “an extensive” history of alcohol-related crimes.

Parson said Tuesday that Rodriguez-Singh had her children taken away after she crashed into a pole about two years ago with the children in the car. She was drunk, Parson said. He told the Star-Telegram she has been on probation for the last two years, was required to do random daily breathalyzer tests and hadn’t had any alcohol since she started probation.

She has 10 children total — the seven she had custody of, and three who live with her grandmother, according to Everman police.

Court records show that Rodriguez-Singh was sentenced to 10 years of probation in 2020 for a felony repeat conviction of driving while intoxicated. Tarrant County court records indicate a petition was filed Tuesday to revoke her probation. Police said they issued a warrant for Rodriguez-Singh on a charge of filing a false report.

I am not a believer in mass incarceration, but it's staggering how many murders could be prevented if felony offenders were not offered bail for violent crimes, or probation or reduced sentences for repeat crimes.

The backyard patio is a suspicious oddity that's been heavily investigated by law enforcement, which said the boy's mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, paid to install it last month.

"She doesn’t own the home. We find that very odd that she would spend her funds on somebody else’s home to put in a concrete patio, especially one as large and as elaborate as this," Everman Police Chief Craig Spencer told Fox 4 KDFW.

For now, dirt is all that's left where there was a concrete patio.

Everman police Chief Craig Spencer says removing the slab was a calculated move in the search for 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez.

"No matter how small the evidence may be or how circumstantial the evidence may be that's the only way we're going to be able to close this case,” said Spencer.

In the most recent developments, Spencer says trained dogs detected the presence of human remains on a carpet that was under the concrete.

IMO it's not suspicious just because she paid for for, but also because of the passports she obtained. If the plan was to bug out, why even bother with the patio. I hope they have really looked at the post holes and concrete holding them, from the pics etc Noel looked to be very tiny

At Thursday’s press conference, police provided a new timeline for Noel’s disappearance.

On July 21, 2022, Noel was last seen by a professional at a speech therapy appointment. Spencer said several other appointments were missed during this schedule which led to a health services warning letter from the Texas Department of Health Services for her to receive government benefits. He even asked an acquaintance to lend him his son to continue receiving the benefits, claiming that Noel had COVID.

In October 2022, Noel was present when Cindy gave birth to her twin daughters earlier in the month, and later when they were discharged. Witnesses say he looked unhealthy and malnourished. During the investigation, other witnesses said Rodriguez-Singh had made comments prior to the birth of the twins referring to Noel as evil, possessed or with a demon in him, fearing he would hurt the twins.

On November 1, 2022, Cindy obtained passport photos of all the children, except Noel. The next day she applied for passports for herself and her six children except Noel. Everman police say they won’t stop until Noel is found and justice is served.

The warrant says that the last person to see Noel alive was the owner of the home where they were staying in Everman, during Thanksgiving Day last year.
The homeowner is all over the place in his statements JMO I'm wondering if he is realizing they bought one way tickets. MOO

EVERMAN, Texas — He was small, but mighty.

Patricia Paris,6-year-old Everman boy Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez’s foster mom described him as a playful boy who always had a toy in hand and was full of laughter.

“That was my son. That was my baby,” Paris said.

****************
Paris said even after Noel was returned to his mother, she would often reconnect with him through monthly Facetime calls and visits. Her last visit with the little boy was during February 2022. According to Paris, phone calls to Noel’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, stopped going through after that date.

It wasn’t until a relative watched a news report on television that Paris learned Noel was missing and hadn’t been seen by family members since November 2022.

***************
“Everything a kid with special needs is told he can’t do, he mastered that,” Paris said.

According to Everman Police Chief Craig Spencer, Noel’s mother told relatives he was evil, had a demon in him, and she worried he would harm her newborn twins.

“She could’ve given him to us,” Paris said. “We asked for him. “He’s not the demonic monster kid that his mom said he was.”

His mother might be the actual demonic monster.

In a statement released Friday morning, Everman Chief of Police CW Spencer said, "Large searches were planned to be conducted this coming weekend. However, the data analysis has led investigators to change that plan."

Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez has been missing since October 2022, that's the last time officials said they could confirm someone had seen the boy alive, though at the time he was reported to appear unhealthy and malnourished. Meanwhile, police have found no evidence to support claims the child is now living with other family members abroad or that he had been sold to a woman outside of a local grocery store. Spencer said on April 6 that police reached the "very unfortunate, unimaginable, and devasting conclusion that Noel is likely deceased.
