Oh now he had alcohol, earlier he said he didn't.

The reasons why he went to Walmart changed as well.

HP getting a lot of mentions in the last couple weeks.... murder trials of former employees. :scared:

In 6th grade, his parents wanted to see a psychologist.... hmmmmmm

He was involved in a collision, with his car, a few days prior.

At least this guy cooperating his way to death row, you know some aren't so helpful.

Not surprised, considering how much weed he smokes, and whatever else he does.

I'm glad he is off the streets! :gavel:

Exactly! I just hope his defense fails big time. Too bad we can't skip this trial and head right to death row.

BD: "So where is the nearest federal prison in Texas?"

Damn.... I couldn't hear what he was just saying to the detective.

After consenting to a buccal swab being taken, he decides to change his mind and declines.

Wishy washy about if he wants to speak to his attorney first or continue speaking to officers.

OUCH my ears, I was wearing noise cancelling headphones, needless to say I'm now deaf from the noise of the bags.

The defendant is now undressing, as LE is taking possession of his clothing.

Thankfully the camera isn't 1020p!

:ouch: :giggle: :therethere:

Thanks for watching this with me! I know people think this is a "boring" trial. I don't. I want to see justice served to this . I have heard about it for so long, I want to see the final verdict! Plus, I like to see our justice system in action. :)

I guess I'm not up on Xanax. He keeps saying he took "bars". I thought they were pills. :waitasec:

Twitter is filling up with comments about HP! What is in the company water!

Daniel says his girlfriend wanted something better, but he still loved her. Says the break-up "led to all this sh**."

I don't find it boring at all, I love watching the justice system in action as well.

The druggies call them bars, I learned that during the Casey Anthony case.

Xanax bars
Zanny bars
Zanny the nanny

I can't imagine the terror Officer Padron felt when he saw that gun pointed at his face.

Damn. It happened so fast, and he sure is spilling all of the details! Nice demonstration! Geeze!
