Daniel did not have a motorcycle license. He was cited for that as well as eluding a law officer.

In an interview, Daniel admits he was racing with a buddy and that he eluded because he didn't want to get caught or lose license.

This is the 3rd previous Daniel arrest we have heard about in this phase: One for DWI, one for marijuana possession, one for pot/eluding.

Daniel eventually stopped voluntarily but still got the eluding citation. Next on stand is Carisa Moreno. A former classmate of Daniel.

Moreno says Daniel threatened her in 6th grade. Years later she saw his face on the news and though "I am not surprised."

Marino testified #BrandonDaniel threatened her when both were in school. Told her she needed to lock her doors, he was going to rape her.
