http://www.statesman.com/news/diggi...-missing-persons-case/OAd17hagHh8tEaJNNa2bYO/WILLIAMSON COUNTY Update: Authorities said they have given up in their search for human remains after digging for several hours Friday near Liberty Hill. The digging was halted around 1 p.m. after investigators couldn’t find anything, said Patricia Gutierrez, a spokeswoman for the Williamson County sheriff’s office.
A permit for a guest house addition was applied for and granted in 2005.
She was likely kept on the property for some time, then moved and the guest addition built on tip of her. This explains the cadaver dogs hitting a scent but nothing turning up. They located where she was before she was moved and buried under the concrete.
I would hope you'd send the information to the authorities, and relieve her mother and sister's hearts
I saw a report stating that an unidentified female body was found in Del Valle on May 18, 2016. I'm not familiar with LE processes, but do they check DNA for missing persons in the area?

Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody announced at a news conference Thursday morning that the FBI is offering $50,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of Rachel Cooke.
That brings the total reward for information on Cookes disappearance up to $100,000. Shortly after Cooke vanished, her family offered a $50,000 reward. Anyone with information on the case is asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).
Thank you for posting about that....I had forgotten about the body found in Del Valle. I haven't found any information on the woman ever having been identified?! In regards to your question, the link below says "Thomson said the woman’s skull has been taken to the medical examiner’s office, where it will undergo testing to determine the woman’s ethnicity. She said investigators are resubmitting DNA evidence to the state’s database in hopes of finding a match."
