One day, the lost will be found

I was totally not expecting this turn of events!
Poor Sherin

Poor Sherin
I am of the opinion that this child did not accidentally die.
You do not make up stories around accidents.
When was Sherin murdered?
Her body may have been in the refrigerator, which might be why there was a dinner out. Still in the kitchen.
Nighmares.
Yes, I could see the possibility that CPS would allow monitored visits.
A restraining order is only effective if the holder of the RO contacts LE if the perp breaks the order. But if the family doesn't report it, I don't see how CPS can successfully prevent visitation.
And since CPS is sending the child to live with Mom's sister, they don't seem to be too concerned with Mom being in contact at some point. JMO
Utterly cute!

Could you explain further please?
Or is that udderly?!

From my experience with my ex, my kids paternal grandparents were allowed unsupervised visits but my ex was not. He lived there and had to leave if the kids were there. CPS new the times and dates of all visits and did pop in a few times. One time though, the kids said that he was there and he slept on the couch... that ended unsupervised visits, it would have ended supervised visits too, but the kids still wanted to see them (at that point), a short while later bio dad and his mom went to CPS for their visit and flipped out about it not being fair that the grandpa (kids didnt want to see him), wasn't allowed etc. The kids were escorted out of the building via a safe route, the building was on lockdown and LE was called but they left before LE arrived, no charges were pressed, but after that visits with paternal grandparents were cut completely and visits with bio dad were considered dangerous so security was actively present, only the actual case worker and not another case worker etc would supervise and a panic button to alert LE was worn at all times by the worker in the visit. My youngest was the only one at this point who still wanted to visit and then decided not to, so it was over.
Long story short, if you are caught having access that is outside of the rules, the child is removed from that situation. Had they showed up at our home and tried to see the kids and we allowed it, the kids would have been removed and rights would have been severed, had they showed up and we called LE they would have been arrested for going against a child protection order. So, basically, if Sini's sister gets the child, and the child says they saw mommy, or CPS pops in and Sini is there etc, the child would most likely be removed and the family could be charged with knowingly endangering a child (not sure what the charge is called), could risk losing their own children as well because they are allowing someone who is deemed dangerous, to be around their kids, AND Sini would have her bail/bond revoked as I am sure her terms of release would be very similar to what WM had.
JMO and Experience!
wow.
I WISH I could say I was surprised. But it was so hard to believe that a Mom could snore through all that chaos. And it made no sense that a father wouldn't wake up his sleeping wife, WHO WAS A NURSE, if their child was dying.
How could she go out to eat and leave her 3 yr old home alone, with a blasted glass of milk? That is disgusting.
And now I am worried about the surviving daughter, still being in that family. I hope they have thoroughly vetted the family she is living with.
Milk is a metaphor for something else.
