It appears they routinely abused her no doubt. But I'm also confident that when you adopt the children aren't given medical exams that could reveal any and all possible previous fractures or broken bones etc. When you take a child to a ped they can't see healed fractures. And they don't routinely just scan or xray a child head to toe to reveal any previous fractures or broken bones. A pediatrician would have had to send every adopted child to a hospital and get insurance to cover it with no medical reason other than they'd been adopted. It's just never going to happen.
Actually if you go back to the Doctor (abuse specialist) that testified in the custody heaings for the biological daughter they did 2 sets of full body scans to show the speed of healing and it proved all fracures came after she was adopted and her bones were not “weak” or prone to fractures.
