LE is right by the driver's door. Did they pull him out? I thought I heard someone say "get down."
 
Damn, a commercial! Is the guy out? I could not tell. I saw a line of officers at the front end of the first big vehicle.
 
Sigh they went to commercial programming. He got out, put something on the ground about the size of a football, laid on the ground, got back up and rotated with his hands in the air, then walked to the back of the black truck. Then got on his knees with several officers covering him. Then my abc feed went to tv commercials.

Must be terrifying to have those big guns aimed at you. He had to trust LE not to shoot him. I must say, they handled this beautifully.
