Don't know if relevant, but the pool BB is in in a March photo for "therapy" looks similar to one in many of KC FB photos. Just an observation

I'm going to follow Sparky's guidelines and tread as lightly as possible without using names. Someone asked a few threads up why certain people were on the forefront of locals' minds. Initially it was because of one of Missy's immediate family members. She's as innocent as they come and she had a gut instinct on them from the start. Then we noticed LE would attend certain classes, but we didn't notice/hear about them at any others. Living in a small town, we knew when people were brought in for questioning. We thought an arrest was coming, then the next day is when police put out that release "rumors of an arrest are false." This heightened our thoughts even more. It certainly could not be them and for their children's sake, I really hope and pray it is not them. This is not one of those situations where I made everything fit because I was just POSITIVE it was them. Actually, if you read my stuff early on, I thought it was BB. My mind changed Day 3 and then I still tried to keep an open mind (as did other locals). But all along, we just kept going back to them for various reasons.

ALSO...I see it being reported on here a lot that a phone was definitely in cell mode at the scene. From my understanding, it reads more like the device was used at that time. For instance, the perp could have put their phone on airplane mode and filmed the murder. Then, they could have erased that video. When LE requested to search their phone, they could retrieve a time period stamp and see that something was filmed. The actual video may not have been retrievable, but a time stamp somewhere in coding probably showed that something was videoed in that time period. Data investigators could also find if they had an alarm set, used a GPS, looked up Missy's FB page, etc. So, they might not have actually had the phone ON cell mode, but I do believe that how's LE knew that they possibly filmed the murder. If they used the alibi "I was asleep at that time..." then LE would ask: "Then why was a video filmed at 4:19 a.m. on April 19 and then erased?"

And funny that DexterMorgan mentioned LE might feel pressured bc WS released 9 threads in two weeks. I know they would never give credit here, but I am confident that this forum gave them many scenarios to dig deeper. Great job everyone. I also find myself texting my friends since joining this and saying things like: "LE and IMO and MB" when speaking to them. lol
Your posts are awesome. Thank you!

I just hope AT&T hopped on those warrants and gets the data back to Midlothian pronto!!

Am I understanding correctly that the the phone numbers listed in one of the warrants are taken from cell tower logs?
Because.....an Austin Tx. phone number is one of them. What would be the Austin connection?

Missy had just spent the weekend in Austin at some kind of CG event, IIRC

(Snipped your post for brevity). Thank you, I was one who asked and someone else was wondering this too. I was really just simply curious why those people would be on anyone's radar before today's report. It makes sense how you explained it and where it started. Definitely a small town, huh!? I hope this gets cleared up very soon for MB's family and for any innocent parties involved.

So I found this during our TO and it's worth the read. Now I'm very curious. https://www.yahoo.com/news/texas-fitness-trainer-missy-bevers-000000447.html

If I'm understanding, it says the perp's phone (may have) communicated with one of the target numbers. IMO (?)

I read it the same way you did! It reads to me that two people could be involved possibly. For instance, if X is considered the main suspect...he/she may have communicated with spouse/friend/hitman who is listed as one of the 7.

Breck80 your posts are always fantastic. Thank you! I picked up IMO from here ages ago & lately have been typing people's initials in texts the last few weeks lol I did notice that LE has been at the 5:00 workouts of a CG trainer (odd not all of them) and I hate that certain things just can't be explained away. Hopefully there is evidence being gathered and an arrest warrant signed soon! FX (fingers crossed)

While we had a little "break", I was sitting here thinking how weird it is that Missy carried on this "familiar and flirtatious" conversation with this guy on LinkedIn AND another guy (or girl, we don't know for sure) ALSO sends Missy a message on LinkedIn. I know people use LinkedIn, but I would think that if someone wanted to send her a creepy message, they would send it on her FB. I don't know....I just can't help but feel that the two are related in some way.

FIL and MIL are from Round Rock/Austin. So, two of the numbers would be Austin area codes.

My question is this:
We know why the ILs and BB made it to the list, however, my curiosity leads me to ask what put KC/MC and AT/CT on that list. Could it have been information gleaned from interviews?

I've been thinking the same thing, what are the odds?

Anything of interest in the report? I don't suppose they actually interviewed anyone from LE about the warrants released today.

Nothing at all that I saw. They went over all of the same information we've heard. Then, they asked someone (I missed who it was but not related to the investigation--locals help me out if you know who it was please?) if MPD might be releasing too many details and jeopardizing the investigation. Nothing from anyone involved or MPD.

That is odd, to me anyways. I don't know anyone except for my dad who uses linked in to communicate with friends but that's because he doesn't have FB. I don't see why a person who is very active on FB would use Linked In for private chats unless she just felt it was more secure/she could hide more that way. JMO.

"'We don't have information that indicates the killer talked to any target numbers, nor do we have specific information to believe the killer video recorded the murder,' said Midlothian Assistant Police Chief Kevin Johnson."
...
"Family and friends initially investigated in the case are not considered suspects at this time, according to police. In addition, police emphasized the 9 people whose 'Target Numbers' were listed in the warrants, are not considered suspects at this time. Police have not narrowed down any persons of interest into a single suspect."

So what happened to this thread? I don't understand why it shut down. I guess I am glad because I was able to see my Stars win game 4! Woooooo!

We had a time out for the mod to review and remove the parts that violate TOS. If it's moving too fast it has to be frozen basically to be cleaned up. We got off easy. The Heather Elvis thread was shut down overnight once. We're back now! :)

I was just taking it that they were the latest, most recent callers on Missy's phone...?

The warrant states the they found evidence of financial troubles. The wording is confusing. But I gather she was chatting about her money troubles in her texts with "phone number of interest"

Because I was sure I read that both MB and BB were having affairs I wanted to find the source of that statement. This is the first person who reported it. Steve Pickett from 11news on Twitter.
