Does anybody know if there have been more SW issued that haven't been released to the public? What determines if or when a SW is released to the public? TIA

Most certainly there have been additional unreleased search warrants.

At the end of NG's show, she certainly implied there was "straying" outside of the marriage by both husband and wife. fwiw

Straying is my choice of wording. One can take what she said anyway they want. A little flirting, or as some couples enjoy - swinging? We don't know. Is it connected to Missy's murder? We don't know. It must be hell for the entire family of the deceased. To have their private lives become public knowledge.

With the existence of the Internet,
it seems that it is (and logical deduction, would be, that it was): a much more "common" problem, now-days.

Surely, there are many people (bf/gf or spouse), who don't even know about, the minute they walk out the door, their other-half hops on the Internet, to chat (flirt), (and in some cases, set up a "meet-up") with others.

``````
It probably is an embarrassment to her family.
However (and I know this might not be any consolation, but I would hope that it is):
I think people (in general) are not that focused on, that.
(And especially people, who are familiar with the Internet. They know that type of stuff happens. Happens all the time.)
People want this case solved. (That is what most people are interested in.)
They want the KILLER of Terri Bevers to be caught.
[I think the only real interest most people would have, in regard to flirting/and possible relationships outside the marriage,
would have to do with: Does that 'somehow' play a part in, this murder case - and 'who' did it.]
(Other than that, I don't think people care what went on in the "private" lives of this family,
and don't see any reason why they would/should feel like, all eyes are upon us, for "that" reason.
Not to mention, it seems that would be the least of their worries.)
(And I can understand, trying to keep the "adult" stuff, from the children. That is totally understandable.)
But there is a much bigger problem. Someone murdered their mother.
(and you can't keep that from them; and it cannot be easily explained.) (Not that, the above, could be easily explained. But you understand what I am saying, I would imagine.)
``````
I've been thinking about this: It seems that the family (husband, mother-in-law) would possibly not want to give interviews. (Give us some private time, please.)

But then it dawned on me:
Terri Bevers, cannot be here to say anything.

Her husband, her mother-in-law, ARE, her "voice".
(The mother-in-law wrote two letters 'directly-to' the killer. It is understandable why she did so.)

(Not to mention, as everyone knows/or should know by now, one of the best things that can be done is:
to keep a case "in the news", so that if anyone has information - they might come forward.)

I know it must be very hard on them to even give these questioning-'interviews'. (Some victims' families wouldn't be able to do this. Some wish they could do it, but just can't handle it emotionally.)
(Terri can't be here to say anything.) Please let her family speak. (It is as close as it can get, to the "victim" saying anything.)

And like everyone else, they want this case to be solved.

I find this curious. SP is there 1st, MB is there 2nd and Camper 1 (C1) is there 3rd. MB never leaves and C1 presumably never leaves (waits in car for friends to go in, finds body and calls 911?) Someone from the scene called MT (BB bio mom) and it is rumored that someone called BB before LE to notify of MB "accident". I need to establish a verified timeline VS the unknowns bc IMO something is just off, I'm not sure what piece it is. Ok, we haven't heard any interviews or statements from any CG campers there that morning, haven't heard the 911 call and IIRC LE never stated the camera picked up C1 entering lot at 4:35. :thinking: :thinking:

IMO

Also VERY curious to know if the 435 camper saw anyone leave the area... It may or may not have been confirmed, but at this point, LE can twist anything they want to benefit the capture of SP.

The perp uses the hammer to hit the end of the pry bar. What part of a pick and blade type hammer would they be using to hit the bar with? It's a normal hammer. Imo

Agree. Framing hammer, IMO. Similar to claw hammer but larger, heavier, and with less curve in the claw.

100% agree. There are other frames where it is clear as day, imo obviously.

They had a search warrant for Missy's car that was released. Well I'm sure they would want to look at other info/evidence from her life. Such as a home computer or personal items that could hold clues. We never saw her home search warrants released so I would bet that if bare minimum there's a warrant for her home there are other sw's out there also.

OMGOODNESS!!!!!!!! Sounds a lot like the beast that killed Missy!!!!

that's the part that gets me...if the killer was a woman...how she's probably going about her everyday life like nothing happened...putting on her makeup...taking selfies...whatever

IDK, JA left tons of evidence and was caught rather quickly.

I was not referring to the crime itself although she was apprehended soon after because people close to Travis directed LE to her. what I meant was that in her sick and twisted mind she believed she was smarter than LE/ people in general, that a jury would never find her guilty. And in my opionion this sorry excuse for a human being that killed Missy is thinking along the same lines!

Absolutely! My thoughts exactly!

No doubt thinking she got away with the perfect crime.
Probably started to get real worried when the police first suggested they weren't actually sure it was a male perp

Does anyone know for sure which entity would have received the 911 call(s)? Was it the Ellis County Sheriff's office?

It is less than two momths, Imo, no one has gotten away with the "perfect crime"...just not caught yet.

"plan" to kill Terri Bevers

```````
I believe the "gear" was already available. (I doubt they, then, bought it - just for this occasion.)
That outfit.
(and "breaching tools".)
````````
Doesn't it seem, that possibly:
This person then, started thinking of this as,
being on some "mission".

(Maybe I am just picking up that feeling,
from:
what they are wearing
and how they are 'acting'.)

(In regard to that word, 'acting',
it seems to be pretty "literal" to me.)
(Maybe even to the point of, they were starting to actually 'believe' it. Whatever the character was, that they were 'acting' out.)

````````
"plan" to kill Terri Bevers
[I think they most likely already had that gear.
I think that is (at least one of the reasons) why they did wear it.
They already had it.]
```````
I don't know what "their" interest is, in that type of stuff (that type of gear, etc.),
but anyone can buy it online (and they must be selling it to somebody.)

And some guys just like that type of thing (for whatever reason(s)

Some people might "collect" it.

Some might get it because it makes them feel like a "macho" man.

```````
(But as a note:
The person in that surveillance camera video doesn't seem to act like a "macho" man, to me.
And might possibly be, a female.)
The killer isn't a woman, imho.
Exactly what my wife said after watching Nancy <modsnip>. I actually quizzed her (she's really not followed the proceedings) to get a non-biased reaction. Her intuition (as a mother, teacher, et al) is usually off the charts.
She said, "I think it's a he. And he's nonchalantly meandering around. Breaking some things. Looking in rooms. Just screwing around, passing time. Maybe looking for something to take. And I bet he wasn't expecting a spunky blond woman entering the scene and caught him completely off guard." Which I guess is the first thing LE said as well. And a further delving into the details and intricacies changes many people's perspective. For all it's worth.
