Why is this "mother" not in jail with that animal she was dating? This has got to be one of the worst cases ever. That poor child. RIP precious.

I hate to hear what he has done to her if LE couldn't tell if it was a child or not. JMO
 
How can anyone 'stomp' a helpless baby to death? It is so hard to understand. And how could this so called mother stand by and watch? I will NEVER understand. :rose: :star:

her mom stood by and watched it happen, then put her in the trunk of her car, dug a hole, and buried her in it. Guessing her heartbreak is very slim, sadly. I hope she is thrown in jail for life along with her monster boyfriend

what the heck was going on in the heads of these two young people?? this is sadism on another level.
 
I am about to sound like my grandma....but , this is why Children should not be having children, sounds like his level of abuse was too much for the mom, and she is too stupid or too weak to stand up for herself or the baby, I imagine if this had gone on for any longer he would have killed her as well, there is a special place in hell for this loser:devil:
 
a comment on his FB says he has been talking to friends about wanting to kill her for at least a week. hopefully it's considered premeditated.

smh Guess some things are not to be understood because I'm trying to find understanding in how the maternal parental unit helped dig her baby's grave. And why hasn't a positive ID on Tylea been made?
 
Absolutely horrible!! I don't even know what to say!! As a victim of domestic abuse, I know how scary it can be to get out of a situation. But, I would never sit back and watch some monster beat my child!! And I can't fathom helping bury my child!! I'm sorry, but she should be charged .. She failed that poor baby! RIP Tylea :(

completely agree. there comes a point when even if you are under complete control from abuse, you defend others. Usually when abused, you can differentiate yourself from others, meaning you take the abuse to yourself, but won't allow others to be abused by the abuser, especially a child. There were so many chances for her to get away and call for help. Originally she said the beating started before Tylea went to bed, then it stopped and she put her to bed. At that point, she could have left the house with her. While this was going on, she could have grabbed the gun and shot him (she said her justification for being scared was that she knew he had a gun in the house and would come after her/her family if she told the truth). Call 911 while this is going on. Afterwards, when at Walmart, make a run for it and tell someone, DON'T buy a shovel and gloves. She needs to be charged with murder.
 
It also infuriated me to see her change her facebook picture to a picture of her snuggling Tylea. that b*tch needs to be in jail. not pretending to be a caring mother.
 
another thing. she is 17 and is living in a house with a (known by the parents) abusive boyfriend? the parents could have stepped in, she's a minor!

The temperature has been in the 90's. Decomposition happened quickly for this little one making a visual ID impossible. moo

IMO, the Mom should have charges too. I really hope LE hasn't offered her a deal.

Yes.
And baby Daisja Weaver. Fake kidnapping story too. LE searched Lake Lewisville numerous times but never found her. Killed by Dad and Mom went with him to hide her body. Too many stories to know what actually happened. One story was Dad tied a construction sand bag to her leg and threw her over the bridge.

Mom was not charged in that case.
