I saw this person's case on the Unidentified wikia and haven't been able to stop thinking about her.

Between her height, the fact that she was wearing men's clothing and her postmortem (she looks quite masculine) I can't help but wonder if "she" was actually a man with Klinefelter syndrome or something similar. Men with Klinefelter are typically taller than average and have a more feminine fat distribution, some even grow breasts, and if "she" was homeless she probably wouldn't have had the resources to get this surgically fixed.
This is all just speculation on my part of course, and I was wondering what you all think. I'm also based in the US, so if any UK sleuthers have any info it would be much appreciated!
