I've done my fair share of pint pulling in the sort of establishment where people get very drunk at times, and get asked to leave.
It never once occurred to us that we might have a duty of care to that extent, and I don't think they do. Certainly if someone is unwell you would offer to call an ambulance, and if someone needed a taxi then you could call one (doubt that happens often now, with the advent of Uber). But pay for their taxi? Absolutely not.
Establishments have a duty of care to all their guests, but that doesn't extend to absolving guests of personal responsibility.
