Police appeal for information about missing Holyhead woman

It seems CM is the resource investigator for the Bygone Bangor Fu, a history app that accompanies the Bangor Civic Society Timeline located in Bangor, North Wales. Maybe this is why they initially thought she was in Bangor.

This really concerns me she was seen walking in the direction of south stack lighthouse. There are tours available of this lighthouse although they are not running at the moment. Im not sure how accessible this lighthouse is at the moment and wether they have CCTV. My own opinion based on going to south stack but never as far as the lighthouse is its closed off. I know most people that walk around there dont go as far as the lighthouse.
There is also a suspension bridge to the lighthouse but that doesnt look possible to jump from being caged, if unfortunately thats the big worry in Catrins case.

Police to stop drivers and speak to walkers after woman's disappearance

You have!

Heading towards a lighthouse sounds ominous.

The cctv shots are of her walking up Thomas Street, continuing along there would also take you to Breakwater Park or Newry as well as the Breakwater itself.
She could have gone anywhere, but has possibly walked Llaingoch way if she had headed towards South Stack, but she could have walked Holyhead Mountain to reach South Stack too.

The cctv images showing Catrin walking up Thomas Street look like they could have been taken from The Branch (it's a pub) or possibly cctv camera from the car park over the road.

I have a tenuous connection to this as my friend knows the Maguire family and we have discussed the case. I’ve been to South Stack lighthouse and there is little else there but steep cliffs, jagged rocks and a choppy looking sea - certainly not somewhere you’d expect to survive or be rescued if you fell in.

Sadly, my friend’s gut feeling is suicide purely because of the direction Cat was heading, and apparently there are previous cases of people dying in that area of sea and never being found. Her poor family.
