Exactly this. How can you possibly compile a list of platonic friends if you take on face value that they said they never had a fling with her when actually they did but denied it albeit to protect their marriage/partnership

Once, looong time ago, another woman and I were friends, but not very close, living in different towns. We had met a certain man in our recent past at the same time. When we had talks on telephone, one day it happened, that we both found out: this male acquaintance, we had, was telling us both alternately being interested in us seriously. The other woman and I were interested in him also and a little in love, without knowing of his double game, so our shock was palpable.
The other woman and I then planned to confront him, while out to a restaurant in my town, where he couldn't easily escape. And so we did (in a decent way) and felt better afterwards.

My thought: Claudia could have had a visit by two women even, who allied because they were fed up. Maybe, an "accident" happened and they got help.

Seems a reasonable theory. Going back to you. Just say you and your friend confronted the man at home and no one else was there. He laughed, one of you lost your temper, lifted a candlestick (lol) and bashed him over the head. He ends up dead on the floor. What would your plan be. Leave the body and make it look like a burglary. Ring a friend with contacts to make it disappear. Stage the crime scene to make it look like an abduction . Whatever you decided to do, it would change your life forever. Can you imagine living with that guilt, waiting for the day the truth comes out.

Ok does anyone know how many actually did ( have sex relationship) and denied it ?
I think a lot of exaggerations is going on here .But this will be my last comment on the subject .

The article above seems to be very precise and we realise an ‘acrimonious split’ is not a divorce.Divorce often comes much later !
Re couple on Melrosebridge the man was 5’6” that makes him same height as Claudia !
Now the man going to the back of her house looks taller to me !
But if it was the same man the time line gives him plenty of time ( with a car ) to go back to her place to pick something incriminating !

She stayed with LM a ‘few’ times plus other times with his friends .

Not my scene, I’m afraid. Either it’s quite small, or it’s ‘deep’ and on more than one floor. I’ve gone past it a couple of times and assumed it was an Indian restaurant. Reviews on Tripadvisor aren’t great...
