We’re in position in the courtroom now, with various parties starting to take up their places. Just to run you through the various parties in the case.
The prosecution are represented by Nigel Power, KC, assisted by junior counsel Katy Appleton.
Chapman is defended by Mark Rhind, KC, assisted by junior counsel Daniel Travers.
Waring is represented by William England.
Mr Justice Goose will preside over the trial.

Chapman admits handling stolen goods
Chapman will be rearraigned on the charge of handling stolen goods.
He pleads guilty to this charge, which relates to a Mercedes A Class car.
Justice Goose says the jury will be selected from a panel of 40.
He says a total of 14 jurors will be chosen, including two “shadow jurors” above the usual 12.
