According to Rightmove, one of those flats goes for over £1,440 a month. The impression I get is that Sarah herself was a professional. Given the going rate for these flats, could she actually have known somebody living there, hence no signs of struggle etc.

Thank you for this. Yesterday I was wondering if she knew or worked with someone who might have lived there. She was doing a new job so she might have wanted to meet someone from the new job "just in the area" type of thing.

Possibly yes agree, but some may have been on the market, up for rent and being squatted in too.

Being someone who works in a large company, the people who deal with the SM will be completely different to the team investigating. Could be something, could be they went ahead anyway posting it wanting more cam footage, could be the SM team have no clue and this was agreed to be posted earlier today.

Could be distraction tactics to the perp if what lead they’re pursuing in Poynders Court either comes to a dead end or is not enough in some way, and/or making sure the public don’t step off the pedal with efforts to help if they think it’s close to breakthrough/conclusion.
