Re: hair length in rear of police vehicle as opposed to length of hair in artist's impression of SH at mag court:
already been discussed in another online forum and explained that the artist may attend the court hearing and must then recreate drawings of the accused from memory. Whether true or not although sounds reasonable
So the artist appears to have rendered sketch of SH that the public would recognise from pre-arrest
I'm in agreement on the artist issue, annoying as it is, this would make sense to me - either the artist wasn't present and didn't KNOW SH looked different, or else deliberately sketched inaccurately in order for the public to more easily recognise him. However, our current discussion relates to these photos rather than the artist impression: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...red-Tias-body-wrapped-in-black-bed-sheet.html
Having always had long hair myself, and always had partners with longer hair, I'm not clear on just how quickly hair grows when somebody shaves their head... Is this realistic for 48+ hours? Assuming the captions are correct, the photos were definitely taken less than 72 hours apart - the arrest around 5pm(?) Friday evening, the photos in the link above taken mid-afternoon on I think Monday?
