Can someone maybe pm websurfer and help her out - i tried to explain to her how to get a balloon avatar but i probably didn't tell her right. Thanks to anyone that can help her.

Hello everyone!! Im a newbie here, wanted to introduce myself. I think the balloon thing is AWESOME. I have been reading here for a while, and can not even begin to relay the feeling of disgust and total uneasiness I have and have always had about this case. Poor baby..wish she would have had a better life in her short 3 years.
