The cases were reopened due to VOP. That's a chunk of possible time to be served.

I think if LC got 10 years it would be the best thing for her. She could get clean and healthy and have the best 10 years of her life. Seriously, no drugs, no worries. How sad is this?

I am assuming she would end up at Lowell if she gets more than a year, anyone know?

It looks like one(1) year to me. Unless, of course, I missed something which is entirely possible.:blushing:
BUT, 10 years would be great for Lisa. She'd get herself together, get some schooling, Stop the dope, get fed, get medical....have structure.

Well, Lisa had a warrant most likely due to her drug test they sent off and postponed her last court date until Nov. 23rd. So she is in PCSO.

Yes, I remember that. It was right after her last vop arrest the dockets disappeared for a bit then came back updated.

I have never seen anyone else's do that.

Also, the Fl. State Supreme Court updates their site on Thursdays for recent decisions. I check for Misty's.

In this case only Lisa's that I remember. I believe it's a negotiation tool hopefully. Like we'll remove these two charges, which I know they can do and if they reappear by her court date, well guess we'll know.

She was the first to be called by Misty and Misty stayed with her the first few days. Just taking a stab at it.

I've been checking, too, Twall. The district court, too. Finally, Misty's appeal shows up in the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal. It didn't make sense that her case would go to the FLSC before review by the lower court.
