This e-mail is to inform you that LISA CROSLIN has had a change in supervision status. The community supervision of this offender has been revoked; the offender is no longer under the supervision of the department.

Putnam bookings shows her released yesterday. FDOC doesn't have her in their system. She's somewhere, just don't know where yet.

Lisa was not released from the PC jail. There is no release date and time on her booking page at the PC site and if you do an inmate search it shows she is still there.

She will do her time in the county jail for the vop's, not the FL DOC. I believe the rule in FL is if the sentence is under 12 mos., which Lisa's is, the time will not be served in a DOC facility.

Since her sentencing she is no longer under community supervision through the FL DOC, that is why you got the info. from Vinelink showing her release from FL DOC, she is no longer on active probation and has been removed from the FL DOC site.

They must have lots of room in Putnam County Jail. Lindsy Lohan and others always get realeased in LA due to over-crowding...(at least that's the excuse they give)

When is Lisa going to be released? I didnt understand the docket. Two counts for the same thing...heck she got way more than Casey Anthony. Didn't CA get the entire charge dropped?

The law must be different if you're a Croslin..

The way I read it is she got 6 months on each of her charges, to run concurrent, with 48 days credit. So it will be in April 2011 when she gets out or sooner if the 85% served applies.

IMO it is too late for any of these most unusual people to say Haleigh died accidently. That boat has sailed. It is now homicide. How are they going to explain and get credit for a death by accident. They have concealed the death. That shows intent to hide a body for unlawful acts. They are cooked and they turned on the oven themselves.

Update on Misty's FL Supreme Court Case Docket

A petition for writ of habeas corpus was filed with this Court on October 7, 2010, by Jack White on behalf of petitioner. Jack White is hereby directed to show cause on or before December 28, 2010, why the petition for writ of habeas corpus should not be dismissed as unauthorized. See Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472, 479 (Fla. 2003) (announcing that "we will not entertain pro se extraordinary writ petitions from criminal defendants seeking affirmative relief in the context of pending trial court criminal cases, where it is clear from the face of the petitions that the petitioners are represented by counsel in the pending criminal proceedings and the petitioners do not clearly indicate that they are seeking to discharge counsel in those proceedings"); Johnson v. State, 974 So. 2d 363, 363-64 (Fla. 2008) (clarifying that "the rule we announced in Logan . . . applies to pro se filings in this Court by litigants represented by counsel in criminal proceedings pending in a district court of appeal"). It looks as if Hope's appeal was disposed on 12/14/2010 without an opinion being issued by the court. I cannot find anything further online so I do not know the reason for the it being disposed in this manner (if indeed it was). Just posting this as a FYI; not sure if Hope's appeal is a done deal now or not.

PCA=per curiam affirmed, which means an opinion handed down by the court as a whole, as opposed to the opinion of a single judge.

Looks like charge was not dropped but reduced. He got 10 years for one charge and his total sentence on all charges includes a minimum mandatory of 3 years.

But he was facing minimum 15 years so I will agree he did quite well.

I am having trouble deciphering it, LOL.

I think it says he got a 10 year sentence, with three of that being minimum mandatory. Possibly he would have gotten only three years if the scoresheet had not come into play...likely his past record mandated no less than 10 years.

OR, I'm interpreting it wrong and he got two separate sentences: 10 years and 3 years.

ETA: Either way, after serving 3 years he will be eligible for early release under the 85% law.
