It will be on his DD214 form. However, I believe you have to be the Service member or a relative of a deceased family member to get one. Let me Google.

In the Jayme Closs case, we found out that information fairly quickly.
I haven’t looked through the Army MOS list, but I imagine it’s something “IT” related.
