Wall was arrested in April of 2013 and is facing a first degree felony murder charge and a charge for first-degree felony aggravated burglary.

Does Utah have the DP and would this qualify Wall for the DP? (murder during the commission of a felony)

Although, I am not familiar enough with this trial to see if they are seeking the DP.
