Great points. I can't fathom any of them wanting to go back to building 2. I'm not debating right or wrong in terms of HR protocol, VA law, or what's been offered to the victims by the city. I'm simply stating I can see how anyone who was there that day might now interpret an aggitated employee raising his voice as a serious threat.
Oh I total agree and agitated employee can be a danger, just MOO it was not handled corrected. It puts the City at risk for financial liability.
It is my belief the injuries/murdered the employees families will sue the city. They will refer to how the shooters resignation was handled, now this, police not being able to access building nor the offices.
