Well if you watch that show the familly's Private investigator that stays down there says he knows who has her .watching that show i got the feeling they were almost ready to beable to solve this and solve it with a happy ending.
I apologize ahead of time if this has already been discussed. I was perusing the internet for more info on Amy Bradley, and I came across a few sites that mentioned that Amy's parents unsucessfully tried to sue Royal Carribean Cruises 2 times (one for negligence handling her disappearance and the other for wrongful death), and they lost both times, including subsequent appeals. The case is titled, "Bradley v. Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., 2002 Fla. App. LEXIS 3550 (March 20, 2002)".
The FL court ruled that the Bradleys "perpetrated a fraud on the court" by giving false answers to the defense in depositions; specifically, the court found that the Bradleys had intentionally concealed the existence of over 100 witnesses who reported seeing Amy living freely and under no duress at various times after her disappearance.
Here is one link I found this info at: http://www.refugeesunleashed.net/about3360-0-asc-0.html
Can anyone substantiate that this is true? I see that you can order this court case online for $4.95 or something like that, but I haven't done that yet. Has anyone heard of this? If this is true, I am blown away by this. I have never heard this info on any missing persons sites or any missing persons show that Amy was featured on like "Vanished" with Beth Holloway. I guess the parents lied because they were afraid if the truth came out, they would never see her again. If they continue to treat her case as missing/foul play, they probably feel that they can better get clues as to where she is. What do you guys think?
If anyone wants great updates and maybe new clues go to utube and watch Amy Bradley by Beth holloway in her new show vanished great new show .Amy seems to have been taken and is still on that island thiers an investagator that has located her and got a good pic of her I think this case may have a good ending fairly soon.
I think it's strange that this Yellow is the prime suspect from what I've read and from the "Vanishing" show w/ Beth Holloway. They supposedly were looking for him?
Yet he and his band have a website on the internet. He obviously can be found. I just don't get it.
I have done some research on "Yellow" and he has supposedly found religion and is currently performing on that circuit.
My personal take on this case is that Amy was murdered sometime at night on the cruise ship, probably by one of the workers on the ship. I have been on over 10 cruises in my life (including Royal Caribbean 3 times), and the rails are pretty high for someone to fall off accidentally...even if extremely drunk. It's just not something one really wants to do anytime, especially at night or early morning as is the case here. Suicide cannot be ruled out, but from what her family has said about her it seems unlikely, as she was supposed to start a new job.
The selling her into prostitution in the Caribbean theory I highly doubt. The ship worker who was with Amy the night before gave some vague answers. I would focus on him.
I understand that with all the stories the past few years about cruise ship mishaps that happen all the time makes some think that oh, well, she must have been drunk and fell over the rail and drowned. But when you think about it and how many people go on cruises yearly throughout the world and the number of people falling overboard accidentally is beyond rare. Probably have a better chance of getting struck by lightning, really.
