FindAmy, do you have a list of the FBI teams that investigated this case initially vs who is still investigating today? Or is that confidential?

Do you know if there were different agents that were assigned to this case & if so could you please provide a list of all (past & present that is)?

I've been told that these are the five star accomodations of Affordable Adult Vacations in Playa el Agua, Margarita Island. Affordable Adult Vacations was owned and managed by Paul Baxter and Alexis Zaglanitis. The escort resort became Total Satisfaction in April of 2004. This website is where Amy's photographs appeared in December of 2002 and again in 2004-2005.

There have been different agents assigned to the case. I don't think it's a good idea for the names of FBI agents to be released.

The lawsuit the Bradleys brought against Royal Caribbean was thrown out wasn't it? Then they appealed & the appellate court upheld the original ruling... Is that true or am I misunderstanding? It's been posted that the Bradleys sued Royal Caribbean but I thought they tried to sue but it was dismissed based on eyewitnesses seeing Amy alive & well. Of course I never believed that bc it's my honest belief Royal Caribbean was in the middle of a huge lawsuit for doctoring their port/customs books with regards to pollution so I think if they can do something like that (to the tune of the U.S. winning an $18M judgement) then they can certainly be involved in Amy's disappearance. RC was in the middle of a huge lawsuit the year Amy disappeared. Or am I mistaken?

ETA: Wanted to explain further. When I said of course I never believed that, I'm referring to the "hundreds of wutnesses" staring they saw Amy alive & of her own free will. Iow, I never believed that, thought it was a vast exaggeration & was more like a handful of people...and those people tend to think Amy needed help for whatever reason. Wasn't it one of RC's lawyers that released that bit of info re the 100's? Awfully shady.

I wasn't asking you to provide something that's confidential. I'm asking if it's available in the media, in court docs, or on the web. I'm not sure if that last post pertaining to you being an insider was for me or just in general, but I read it previously. Maybe I missed something?

Going to try this timeline again, this time only tackling one person/event per post in hopes it solves the issue I'm having with photos not posting. Once FindAmy gives a thumbs up that the info is accurate, I'll copy everything over into the Timeline thread that Salem created. This can (hopefully) serve as a resource for new folks and also for people like me whose addled brains would benefit from having everything grouped together.

Have photos of Amy's jewellery/watch been published? What brand of cigarettes did she smoke, any notable food/beverage likes or dislikes? How about perfume?
Did the family search the houses/stores right in the area where Amy's brother said (in Vanished video) he either heard or imagined Amy's voice coming from a moving van?

Many years ago I was desperate for a sighting of someone - when one day, sitting in a restaurant I had a similar type of (imagined?) auditory experience. Years later I learned that this person had in fact often been at that very place. I can't explain
the bizarre coincidence, so would not discount what Amy's brother perceived...

II. The Crew

a. Eduardo Cabrita
Eduardo Cabrita was the head waiter who the Bradley family described as being overly attentive to Amy during the cruise.

The day that the ship docked in Aruba, the Bradley family rented a Jeep and toured the island. When they returned, Cabrita asked Amy if she would go with them after dinner to a bar called Carlos and Charlies -- the same location where Natalee Holloway disappeared, seven years later. Amy told her parents that she wouldn't go anywhere with the waiters because she thought they were creepy.

Cabrita is also the individual who approached Amy's brother, Brad, the next morning (the morning of Amy's disappearance) and expressed how sorry he was to hear that his sister was missing. This was before anyone knew Amy was missing.

During his interview with the FBI, Cabrita told them that Amy's mother, Iva, had asked him what would happen if someone fell off of the ship. Iva never had any such conversations with Cabrita.

Iva made several requests for Cabrita to be polygraphed. She was never given any results.

This photo of Cabrita was taken by Iva Bradley two days before Amy disappeared. Cabrita is from Portugual.

The case was dismissed with prejudice which means that they can't appeal. Royal Caribbean charged that Iva and Ron committed fraud when they didn't reveal the names of the people who had seen Amy happily adjusted. Meanwhile, Iva and Rin didn't have names of anyone who had seen Amy happily adjusted. Royal Caribbean came up with names. It was horrible.

II. The Crew

b. Alister "Yellow" Douglas
Alister Douglas was the bass player in a band called "Blue Orchid" on Rhapsody of the Seas. Like Eduardo Cabrito, Douglas is one of the crew members the Bradleys described as being overly attentive to Amy. Iva Bradley, Amy's mother, commented on the very first day about how turned off she was by Douglas' behavior. He was described as obnoxious.

Amy encountered Alister "Yellow" Douglas in the ship's disco on the night before her disappearance. She had gone to the disco with her brother, Brad. Video captured by Chris Fenwick shows Amy dancing with Alister Douglas in the disco. That video can be found here: http://chrisfenwick.com/home/2011/3/24/amy-bradley-video.html

Douglas claims not to have seen Amy Bradley after 1:00 a.m. -- however -- a female passenger (called "E") was in the disco early the following morning (March 24) waiting to disembark into Curacao.

While she was sitting there, she saw Alister Douglas and Amy get off of the large glass elevators and walk to the bar in the disco. Douglas turned up the music. "E" saw Douglas bring Amy a drink containing a dark liquid that appeared to be Coke or coffee. "E" then left because the passengers were preparing to disembark. Amy was never seen again. Douglas was later seen alone in the glass elevator by two college coeds.

NOTE: There is also a staff elevator that leads from the disco. Could this be how Amy was transported out of sight?

"E"'s statements have been verified. She passed a polygraph and she testified before a Grand Jury.

Alister Douglas was questioned by the FBI. His polygraph was inconclusive. He maintains that he doesn't know what happened to Amy. He claims that Royal Caribbean searched his room and found no evidence that Amy had been with him. The FBI never charged him with anything. After the cruise, Royal Caribbean fired Alister Douglas for fraternizing with a passenger.

Douglas now lives in his native Grenada, where he has reportedly found religion and has been part of a band as well as some other small business ventures. He is married and has at least one child.

When the producers of "Vanished" were preparing to film the show, they contacted Douglas and offered him an opportunity to publicly give his version of the events. He refused. After Amy's "Vanished" episode aired, Douglas contacted the producers and complained that he was innocent and that he was unfairly represented in the film.

Amy was wearing jewelry when she disappeared. On her right hand she was wearing a silver college ring with a black onyx. She had a silver bracelet with little turtles on it. She was also wearing a man's silver watch that her boyfriend had passed on to her.

Amy smoked Marlboro Lights and she loved Tic-Tacs.

I do believe that Brad heard Amy's voice. I'm just not sure where it was coming from. They followed a van, but she wasn't in the van. Her voice could have come from a different car, a nearby building, or a tape recording made to taunt the family. It was no secret that the Bradleys were in Willemstad looking for Amy.

Great. Thank you.

Right, it's totally sickening. This is the very reason I asked about agents investigating...I'd like to compare. I'm looking online bc I thought a couple names were given in the media. I'm wondering if the big fat $18M suit plays into anything. From what I remember, they were sued for doctoring logs/books or something when coming into the US, that they actually leaked a quantity of oil from more than 1 ship and hid it for a lengthy time...causing pollution to international waters. So they were found at fault & either settled for being fined $18M or were automatically fined that amount. I think the suit came around the time that Amy disappeared. Lemme go google this. I'm just trying to be thorough, not trying to give anyone a headache.

Note that I'm trying an angle to see if it's possible RC is intentionally involved in Amy's disappearance...or...if they're only involved in some sort of coverup bc of their legal issues at the time.

Jaime, when you come back... Is it possible to add links to each of your timeline additions please that show where the info came from? I'm loving what you're adding. I'm still catching up to speed wuth stuff online and think that having a timeline is a wonderful tool to use. Thank you!
