& why is Richard Forester posting to Alister? Maybe he's searching for Robyn? Connecting his dots? Kinda odd iykwim bc don't you have to be a "friend" to post on somebody's wall? As much as I don't care for the guy, he did express distaste in the FBI with regards to Robyn's disappearance, so maybe he's taking matters into his own hands???

Here's what I'm wondering... Could she have been given something mood altering, danced & drank in the club, gone back to her room then realized maybe she was feeling something more due to an inhibitor, so maybe she snuck out to Alister & he took advantage then kidnapped her? Kinda farfetched but is it possible?

How long does it take for ghb to take its full effect? I thought it was 2-3 hours. How long did she dance?

She was sitting on the balcony talking to her brother, after 3:35 AM. Her father saw her on the balcony at about 5:30 AM. I don't think she snuck out to see Alister or anyone else. She left the room between 5:30 and 6:00. Her family believes she was looking for coffee. She was seen in the elevator at about 5:45 AM. I really would like to be careful with these scenarios because people read this stuff and believe that it really happened. Amy wasn't drunk or drugged.

Ok FindAmy, I understand. The only thing I'm confused about is the dancing. She totally looked like she had an inhibitor. She & Alister were the closest together on the dance floor. The way he was behind her it didn't look very innocent. IMO its totally opposite of anything I've found on Amy prior to the cruise. Could she have been slipped something & the full effect was delayed? I don't know, so I'm asking.

So she was on her balcony just say 3:35-5:30am. What would have made her get up & go get coffee? Doesn't make sense to me, she'd want to sleep...unless she was already given something to keep her awake as well. What time was she up that morning prior to dancing? After drinking & dancing, surely she'd be tired & sweaty. Why get coffee? Why not a shower or bath? Idk, trying to work through it I guess...

This can't be true. It can't. I know someone that had an account on there years earlier. I have records. I have email accounts, ids and the information on the accounts that were there. It was prior to 2004.

FINDAMY - you mentioned that maybe what Brad heard in Curacao could be a tape recording of Amy's voice, made by her captor....? Just wondering why they would do that? Presumably they were busy trying to either keep Amy hidden OR moving her to another location. I just don't understand why they would spend time recording her voice - and how would they know where to position themselves to guarantee that Brad then heard it....?
 
Hello all! Long time reader and follower of this topic and have finally finished reading all of the posts in these two threads!

I have a question regarding the removal of Amy from the ship as it was docking at Curacao and then the supposed 'sightings' of Amy alive and well later that day apparently under no signs of duress (as presented by the the cruiseline in the court case).
Has anyone heard of the drug 'Scopolamine'? It is a drug that is used by the criminal element in south america for robberies, rapes etc etc. This extremely potent and is given in drinks or even just by smell and it renders the person without any free will and open to suggestion without appearing intoxicated. Extremely scary stuff! There is a Vice documentary about it on [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToQ8PWYnu04"]Youtube[/ame].
My question is this: Has it been theorised that this was given to Amy and she just walked off the boat with her captors at their suggestion? Under the effects of this drug she would appear cogent and definitely under no apparent duress. Furthermore, are there any details of the sightings offered by the cruiseline during the court case?

Hope this isn't going over old ground for you guys!
 
I've been following this thread and didn't feel like I had anything to add but one thing that has stuck out to me is what Amy told her brother about "yellow"

am I right in saying that she told her brother that yellow was "creepy" (I have to agree,he just has a look about him) before she was dancing with him?

So if that is correct...I've seen the cruise video of Amy,why would she be dancing the way she was with him or dancing with him at all if she found him creepy.to agree with a poster above it makes it possible that she may have been given an inhibitor.

Of course this is JMO but it seems logical in my own head.

This is one of the few cases I am 99.9% sure that Amy is still alive,and she will be one day reunited with her wonderful parents.really really praying that day is soon.

It's my belief based on communication with the family.


I do believe that Brad heard Amy's voice. I'm just not sure where it was coming from. They followed a van, but she wasn't in the van. Her voice could have come from a different car, a nearby building, or a tape recording made to taunt the family. It was no secret that the Bradleys were in Willemstad looking for Amy.
 
To my knowledge, Amy Bradley has never been connected to adultfriendfinder.com
 
Is there a recent age progression for Amy and her 'guards'?

The sketch was done after Barbados. She was descrbed as looking the same.
 
I would really like to know why Amy's photographs appeared on the website for Affordable Adult Vacations in Margarita Island. The escort resort was owned by Alexis Zaglanitis and Paul Baxter. The photographs appeared in 2002 and again in 2004-2005.

OK, I'll try rewording: based on the 'verified' sightings of Amy, the people who took her have the ability to move her from one country to another, and were also organised enough to get her off the cruise ship during a small window of opportunity. Alternatively, maybe they kept her concealed on the ship, while avoiding detection, until the ship had left Curacao. Either way, they managed to succeed in removing Amy from her family and from safety.


Thus what I'm asking is: as these people appear to be organised etc, why would they spend time making a recording of Amy's voice to taunt or distract her family? I'm simply querying your comment about their possibly having done that.
 
My personal opinion is that I don't think it was her taped voice, I think it was actually her.

Something a lot of people don't realize is that prostitution is legal in a lot of places around the world. I do think it was quite possibly Amy's voice but the fact remains that it could have been recorded as a taunt just as Find Amy described. The reasoning behind that could be bc Amy's family (& team so to speak) were becoming louder in spreading awareness to Amy's disappearance and it was drawing negative attention to some places that have said prostitution. When a big portion of a land's money is made through tourism, and if a majority of that money is due to prostitution, then putting negative attention on it may have infuriated the citizens of that land that depend on that money...also would have left a sour taste with the people/organizations responsible for these sex touring contracts. Reminds me of the mafia...

Thank you for these points.

My only thought is: making Amy's family believe they are hearing her calling to them, would only make them more convinced she was there on Curacao, and therefore make them fight even harder to find her - thus drawing more attention to the situation. So I simply don't see why that motivation for a tape would make sense. But I do appreciate your points :)
