Yes there is a resemblance for sure. Others have remarked on this as well - I think a side by side comparison was done by a WS member but I can't remember which thread it was on.

Question ...

I was reading the court rulings on the clerk of court website (Miami) and noticed in 99/2000 Amy is listed as Deceased on all the paperwork ...

- If she was thought to be taken / held , why was she declared dead so fast ? I also was thinking why a wrongful death lawsuit was filed if she was presumed alive ?

- Was there any kind of travel life insurance on Amy ? Like the kind that Robyn Gardners "travel partner" took out on her / tried (or is trying) to collect ?

Warning sexually explicit photos if you click the link

The first known photo of Amy on the Affordable Adult Vacations website from the wayback archive dated December 6, 2002:

http://web.archive.org/web/20021206...rdable-adult-vacations.com/currentescorts.htm

If in doubt do not click the link

Wow, this is so sad. Not to mention the whole website is sleezy, totally demeaning to Amy, IMO. I mean, the quality is just not there, if this is indeed an actual legitimate site that is really attempting to promote their, what, "escorts" ? I mean, these are reasonably attractive young women, but not really the kind that professionals use to market their services, jmo of course. My point being, I agree with previous posts that Amy's photo being posted here is some kind of hoax with fraudulent intent, a red herring. Of course that's JMO.

I am sooo glad we have a thread for Amy. Thank you SoSueMe!

That's very interesting - who declared her 'deceased'? From what I gather her family has insisted all along that she is probably still alive.

Have you found any details about the 'fraud' which the court accused the Bradleys of perpetrating (am not saying they did, just that this was the court finding). Specifically, that they had failed to disclose numerous eye witness sightings of Amy living 'freely' and 'not under duress'......?

"Fraud on the court" doesn't mean fraud in the general sense we use it in, it basically means they with held information or purposefully didn't disclose information.

Secondly, as to Amy being shown as deceased, I find it odd but I spoke with an attorney friend of mine and since there is no proof she is missing, nor is there absolute proof she is deceased, they go with deceased in the court proceeding. That, IMO, is wrong but that's what they do. I didn't get to read all the court documents but I didn't see one regarding wrongful death. I must have missed it. Is there any way to attach that? TIA

They attempted to file a lawsuit against RC for wrongful death .. It was dismissed on fraud of the court (withheld some sightings deemed credible by the court)

Warning Sexually Explicit material in video:

Documentary on Venezuela Girlfriend Vacation experience - My Boyfriend, The Sex Tourist. Video starts at about the 3:46 mark. The AAV site is where the pictures of Amy were discovered.

AAV documentary Venezuela - YouTube

If in doubt, please do not watch.

Thank you for posting this! I watched it last evening and have been thanking God all day for the parents that I had and the safe secure life they gave me. I am so sad for the life these girls are forced to live and can't imagine the hell they live through everyday. I hope Amy was never exposed to this. Last thought, I would love to bop Fat Bob right in the nose!

How is there 'no proof'? What would be proof? She vanished and did not show up when she was expected to, there was no note, how can either the cruise line or an attorney say there was no suggestion that she was missing?

Just don't understand this bit :)

Unfortunately I can't answer that. Remember courts deal in absolutes and the only absolute they have is that Amy didn't come back home. Since the Bradley's were the plaintiffs it was up to them to provide iron clad proof that Amy went missing against her will.

Actually the sightings were deemed credible by the Bradley's, so much so that they went back down to the Caribbean to follow up on the sightings. When they didn't bring these sightings up to the courts attention as being credible the cases were dismissed based on the fact they with held information. If the Bradley's believed Amy was, in fact, deceased, they wouldn't have followed up on the sightings.

All that said, RCCL, has more money that the Vatican, and can hire the best attorneys to perhaps twist words to their favor.
