Maybe AJ meet Wes somewhere during lunchtime. Maybe at the hotel. They get into an argument and with his added drug use he becomes irrational, agitated, angry. AJ speeds off "driving with purpose" "not herself" he follows in white car he borrowed while AJ is using truck. He follows her into the house losses temper, knocks her out, even kills her. Quickly he grabs her bag (stuff) loads her in the car and leaves. Going out the opposite entrance on Millard as to not pass AJ's sister on the street. 22 minutes. MOO.

I just still, lol cannot get past that white car and maybe that he could have had some potential help if WH is responsible for this. I just dont see it in the timeline but possible with another person. Maybe that person didn't actually know they were a possible accessory.

Did I dream this: Didn't LE say they found AJ's fingerprints in WH's hotel room? They did search his room, right? Also, is it just me or does anyone else think drugs may be involved somehow? Not meaning to be derogatory toward AJ at all, I think WH's actions just reek of something but not sure what. And where is that gun???

To answer my own post, now I remember what was buzzing around in my head - it wasn't fingerprints. It was said that AJ's phone pinged in or near WH's motel room. I hope they have this timeline down now. Can anybody explain why JH is so out of sorts? Is she afraid of WH or afraid of something in her past? Or maybe that's sleuthing that isn't allowed. sorry if it is. I'm trying to think why she isn't begging for answers. :thinking:

I believe only one witness has said they saw the white car, but can't be sure of the day or time. This would also make AJ returning to the house in question. The 22 mins WH talks about is the time between when she supposedly returned (with the white car) and her sister returning from school at 2:30ish when only the truck was in the driveway and no AJ (Which is why I assume she texted AJ to ask where she was)

So, just to make sure I'm thinking along the right track here...the 4 obstruction of justice charges probably relate to the 4 witnesses and the reason these charges relate to the 4 witnesses is because WH (allegedly) threatened the 4 witnesses which would then be reason to charge WH with the 4 obstruction of justice charges? Am I thinking correctly on this. And then we can probably safely *assume* the reasons WH threatened them was because the 4 witnesses went to LE with information and/or LE came to them for questioning related to AJ's disappearance and/or WH's possible involvement etc? Right, basically?

WH: I got back around 1:15, 1:20pm – fact. Boss reamed me. Okay? Now, this is something the media public does not know: About, I wanna say, and I can’t really speak a whole lot about this [unintelligible] fact, I know someone saw her after one o’clock departing, our neighbor she waved to. What happened was, it’s a kid, I can’t really speak a name because of the case, but the information is simple. The kid that we all know and love, we always wave to him, she saw him. I mean, they saw each other and then he brought to the police that at 2 o’clock he saw her pass by again. His words are “driving with purpose” and “not herself.” Those are his words, not our words. He went to the police on his own accord and he struggled with it. He came out later than he should have because he didn’t know she was missing to begin, and we didn’t report her until the next day since we didn’t know what to do exactly. Now 2 o’clock is the last physical sighting of her driving the red truck back towards the house. Now this info is also not in the public - well not truthfully in the public - a minute or minute and a half later he recognized a white small compact car following her. Did not know this. Bottom line is my neighbor reported at 2:03 [unintelligible] 2 o’clock– he smokes, he doesn’t smoke in the house, he smokes on the porch –

WH: He said a little after 2 o’clock he saw behind my red truck that was parked in my driveway a small white 4 door compact car. I understand that there is a person in the media right now, and I will mention her by name CINDY B, my brother has a white car. Yeah yeah, he does. My neighbor knows my brother’s white car, you know? My brother works. My brother was at work the whole day. I wanna clear the conspiracy theories, the b.s. involved in this. We have a serious situation here and I would appreciate people’s, ummmm, I would appreciate people’s help as far as helping push the police. Helping with the investigation, not hindering the investigation, not sidetracking the investigation.

Wasn't there mention somewhere along the line (I can't remember by who) something about the possibility that AJ *left in a hurry*. Could someone please refresh my memory on this one, I'd sure appreciate it.

Between pretty dog person, smokey the neighbor, wavy on the porch, 4 witnesses, brother versus nephew, person (still unclear where this one plays in) - that said AJ left to go blow off steam (or something to the sort), I have myself spinning in circles here. TIA

Do you have a link for where the first witness mentions a white car? I have only ever seen it referenced in the return trip where she was seen "driving with purpose" and this is the only one I remember Zach confirming.
