Family of Macon English teacher shot to death in Virginia are searching for justice — nearly 15 years later
The Virginia D.A. says Arthur Smith was found shot in his car in 2010 and its still an ongoing case.

He was born and raised in Macon and taught English classes at Rutland High School. Smith's family wants answers after not hearing from Portsmouth, Virginia law enforcement since 2010.
