I want to know how they can get a warrant for a car and home with probable cause but that is somehow not linked to the owner/residents for an arrest? Google time.

They are just being careful. Their not going to arrest him until their 100 percent he did something.

And he certainly is a very large man. 6'2" 270lbs. 32 yrs old.

If he had a gun on her I doubt it was on her in the bar. I doubt there was a gun at all. She probably knew this guy.
